Tomorrow I'm walking 35km in The Bloody Long Walk.

It’s scone time!

One thing I love about my thermomix is it allows me to cook on a whim. Just now, for instance, I felt a hankering for some cheese and bacon scones to go with my leftover mushroom soup. ‘Can I really be bothered?’ I asked myself. In 5 mins I had this dough ready to turn out, cut into scones and pop into the oven. The kids will be happy when the cheesy-bacon aromas start wafting their way! 🙂🙂What recipes have you cooked on a whim lately?
