Summer vibes in G Town ☀️😎
Went exploring The Grampians on a away recently. It was so good to get outside and have fun with friends I’ve met through our shared love of . There’s some great weather ahead this weekend - !
Smoothie hack! I love bananas, but don’t love how the flavour takes over in a smoothie. So I tried something new - added zucchini instead! It adds a delish creaminess (and extra green veg goodness) to smoothies, but you can’t taste it. Apparently cannellini beams also work well, but I haven’t tried those yet. Also - another tip is to make sure you use really cold milk (I like soy) and add a couple of ice cubes if your blender can deal with them. Yummo 😋
Taking advantage of remote working arrangements while the kids go fishing 🎣 How’s your school holidays going?
Never stop exploring - it’s good for the body, soul & mind
Take a walk on the wild side
Looking for lunch ideas? I took a couple of beetroot destine for landfill, roasted them, pureed them in their ninja bullet, then added them to some store bought hummus, delicious!
Some of today’s awesome haul at - such beautiful produce, now saved from landfill (and only for a voluntary donation!)
Why care about taking Climate Action? So future generations can enjoy amazing clean oceans too 🐠 🐟 🏝️ 💦
A treasured family photo holds important lessons in how to live more sustainably. Grab your lunch, a cuppa, take a read on pantaieco.com.au, and let me know your thoughts #
Kept safe from falling in by the steady handy of our local guide
Dogs Dinner: We had some old snags in the freezer that were a bit frost bitten, so I cooked them up with some frozen veg, oats, and some beef stock, and my dog is currently following me around drooling while it cools down enough for him to eat
Getting our 👣 in along a beautiful stretch of coastline
One taste of this delish plum jam and I was transported back to my great grandmas kitchen as an 8 year old. Another creation made from the beautiful produce sourced from
These beautiful tomatoes were destined for landfill - but they’ve now been made into (many!) serves of delish pasta sauce. For those who haven’t heard about them, rescues food, then makes it available in their shop. They have a donation tin, but operate under the rules ‘no questions, no agendas’. Love your work , and I’ll be back soon!
Last seen heading off into the weekend
Pantai Melasti - what a beautiful place 😍
Daylight savings be like
Me contemplating the big questions in life…such as ‘If I eat now, is it a late lunch, or an early arvo tea?’ (Taken at 2pm). Also - check out the city in the top right of the photo - it looks so small
It was at this point that our protagonist realised she was better suited to cool weather hiking. She was last seen mumbling ‘$&/ it’s hot’ as she stumbled off into the distance
Waterfalls are cool…so are people who take actions to protect them
These mannequins are used in the manufacture of and show the comparison of XS and 2XL
How cool is this? We found this on one of our morning walks - a charging station that’s fully solar powered! With a gorgeous beach front location, I couldn’t think of anywhere better to stop for a while and recharge my phone or laptop 💚
Guys & gals…we can do better than this. Collected today 👎 #
So much more 🌿🌿💚

How can we be more sustainable when we travel? Here are some things I’m packing on my upcoming trip to help minimise my impact on the planet: 1. Water bottle or bladder (say no to single use plastic bottles!), 2. Shampoo bars (small so they don’t take up much space, and also not fluids, so no need to worry about a 100ml limit!), and 3. Gloves (to help out on a beach clean up)
