Are you joining this Pure Encapsulations webinar with Brad Leech? It's an early start but by the sounds of things, a great looking webinar series.
I've added it to the practitioner event calendar too! π
I'm teaming up with Pure Encapsulations to bring you a three-part series on the clinical management of increased intestinal permeability.
Register for this FREE webinar here: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PipIvnafTUeiL0OrJvOesQ
When: April 1st at 6am QLD / 7am NSW - Yes, it's an early presentation!
About the series:
During this three-part series, Brad Leech will expand the clinical understanding of increased intestinal permeability, providing clinicians with the latest evidence on testing and managing an impaired intestinal barrier. In the first webinar, Brad will delve deep into the current understanding of increased intestinal permeability and provide clinicians with methods to better navigate the literature and apply evidence-based patient care. He will describe the strongest risk factors for increased intestinal permeability, mentioning the health conditions known to be associated with this intestinal reaction. Brad will educate clinicians on the clinical relevance of these risk factors and disease associations for intestinal permeability management.
During the second webinar, a focus will be placed on the assessment and identification of increased intestinal permeability in clinical practice. Brad will share the assessment methods that have been validated and are known to have the highest degree of accuracy in clinical practice. Furthermore, a variety of suggestive markers that clinicians can use in their clinical practice to identify patients with impaired intestinal barrier will be explored. Finally, the four main treatment objectives that clinicians may want to implement in managing patients with increased intestinal permeability will be discussed.
In the last webinar of this series, Brad will share the results of the Clinical Practice Guideline For The Management Of Increased Intestinal Permeability (IP Guideline). The IP Guideline is the first clinical practice guideline designed to support clinicians managing people with increased intestinal permeability. The developed recommendations provide clinicians with direction for dietary recommendations, probiotic, prebiotic and synbiotic supplementations, plant-based medicines, and dietary supplements for the management of increased intestinal permeability. Brad will provide clinicians with a total of 38 clinical recommendations they can use in managing intestinal permeability in clinical practice. Collectively, by the end of this three-part series, clinicians will leave with an advanced understanding of the management of increased intestinal permeability in clinical practice, allowing them to provide the best care to their patients.

Need some content direction? Try using these 3 styles of a guide:
1. Educate π - There is always scope to educate your audience. You may just be surprised at how little people know outside of the health professional bubble. Sharing your knowledge on a topic is a great way to show your value.
Remember: avoid clinical jargon and overcomplicating things. Speak in easy-to-understand language.
2. Inspire β¨- show your audience how enjoyable healthy living can be. Inspire them with results you've achieved with clients, ideas they can implement, tips that can make life easier.
3. Get Personal π€©- Show your face! Highlight your personality so you can connect with your audience. Use Insta reels, Tik Tok or video to get playful.
Do you find yourself spending most of your consult talking the bits and bobs and not getting to the juicy clinical stuff?
You know, when the conversation into cooking oils, smoothie combinations or healthy food swaps take up your entire session?
While these "one-percenters" are often vital for your client's improvement and wellbeing, they can take away precious time from diving into the root cause of their concerns.
That's the benefit of having comprehensive handouts that help continue the education outside your clinic.
We want to help you maximise your clinical time and the value to your patients.
Are there any handouts you find you need to educate your patients? We're all ears, so feel free to drop your requests!

A common question we get asked is "why are we so transparent?".
π€ We want you to see everything that is available to you at NHRs.
π€ We want you to explore the quality of our resources.
π€ We know this opens us up to people "borrowing" our resources and may not be the best income model.
π€ But we believe in our product and trust that you'll support our small business and we aim to support yours.
Are you guilty of self-sabotage?
