Perimenopause or “second puberty” - Very different to Menopause
35-50 year old ladies listen up!!

This is a thing!!! Important to understand what your body is doing and it explains so much.

Perimenopause occurs well before you officially hit menopause
In fact, some evidence suggests hormonal changes are seen 8 to 10 years ahead of menopause.
This happens during your 30s or 40s even before the onset of perimenopause.
Perimenopause is marked by a drop in estrogen, the main female hormone produced by the ovaries.

The oestrogen levels can also go up and down more sporadically than they do in a typical 28-day cycle. This can cause irregular periods and other symptoms.
During the final stages of perimenopause, your body will produce less and less oestrogen.
Despite the sharp drop in oestrogen, it’s still possible to get pregnant.
Perimenopause can last for as little as a few months and as long as 4 years.

⭐️Perimenopause is not about ageing, but an important shift in your hormonal system.

Its Important to understand what’s happening in your body, These things can be diagnosed as different conditions, but most often its just simply our hormones shifting .

It’s possible you could be in perimenopause if you suffer from 3 or more of these below: - (if you get any symptoms at all)

Shorter Period cycles
Heavier Periods
More Cramps, and pain with your period
Unexplained weight gain around the tummy
Breast Tenderness
Heart Palpitations
Increase in headaches and migraines
Loss of s*x drive
Brain Fog
Forgtfulness
Lack of ability to concentrate
Increased Muscle Aches
Fertility issues for those trying to conceive
Urinary tract Infections

Good news is, like becoming a teenager, you will experience these symptoms, then once you have had the transition, the symptoms will ease, they are only temporary.
Then you can go on as normal, prepare for the next season of life, when we then transition for menopause, which is more commonly known about. But don’t worry there are plenty of years before that happens

I suggest you create yourself some really good habits,
Eat better quality foods, cleaner foods,
Reduce alcohol and have a few nights off per week

🏃‍♀️Walk often
💃Move often
💪Participate in a strength training to maintain and/or build lean muscle mass

🌹Carve out some time out, to de-stress and release the overwhelm and reset

😴Improve your sleep

💜Get yourself in the best position to go through menopause now!!
Don’t wait till you have it to make those changes.

Start now

Although its never too late, its just a bit harder.

But I will take good care of you, always.

We are here to Create awareness around the importance of pelvic health.
Supporting mothers through their pregnancy journey and beyond

The problem is there is no awareness or focus on the importance of pelvic health and recovery after birth.
Women are dealing with issues like leaking P*e, Prolapse, Scar tissue, Diastasis Recti ,Pain, Hemorrhoids, Pain during s*x
and just plain feeling like your va**na is going to fall out!!!
even years after birth!!!

We are here to support and prepare women for pregnancy and birth and help them build a recovery plan,
To build them up Strong, Supported and Nurtured, Safely and Slowly,
Through healthy movement essentially to keep up with the demands of daily life, focusing on mobility, stability and strength from the inside, out.

To be told constantly that it’s normal to Leak P*e, to have painful s*x and it’s all 'to be expected after having a baby',
it’s absolutely not true- horse s**t!!!

We need to create awareness and a support network, build a community.
We need to talk about these things openly.

Also To build you up strong, for what suits your world and your life and your body specifically and individually.

To create a plan for prevention of prolapse,

A Plan for afterbirth recovery, core and pelvic floor strength,

To say goodbye to leakage,
Hello to confidence and
Get back into s*x and
Into living your life
Without putting up with these issues.!!

Let’s get you back!
