This big old Warehouse & Office was in a desperate need of a freshen up on the exterior. Whole exterior pressure washed then coated with a Dulux Acratex Aquaprime followed by two coats of Dulux Acratex Acratilt Low sheen in a custom blue tinted to the customers company colours

Recently completed some rotten post replacements on this front verandah. All six posts had different variations of wood rot. Posts were replaced with 88 x 88 LOSP posts & two coats of low sheen duragurd which was colour matched to the existing post colour. Also some minor work bringing the side gate back to life with some new pailings/ Strengthened frame & painted

This interior townhouse received a full interior paint that gave this townhouse a fresh look. The ceiling & walls were prepped for painting & patched where needed. The ceilings received two coats of flat ceiling white, all the walls received two coats of maxi wash Wattyl white, The timber trim work & doors had two coats of semi-gloss. The townhouse is ready for staging and to be put up for sale.

Laminate flooring install though out the house minus the wet areas
All materials were removed then the slab was vacuumed and prepped, All skirting boards had to be removed and labelled
Underlay was then laid, and Laminate flooring installed
Tri quad installed around kitchen kickboards to hide expansion gap between kickboard and flooring
All skirting boards were re-installed the nail holes filled ready for the painter to finish off

Recently completed decking Job

This entertaining area got an upgrade with a new deck
Treated timber decking frame with 90 x 90 stumps, The decking board is a Merbau 90 x 19 board which is fixed down with stainless steel decking screws, Finished off with a 140 x 19 fascia board
Once the weathering process is done the client will be oiling the deck

New Abco Lean too carport build with colorbond classic cream beams, Powder coated 90 x 90 steel posts with a woodland grey colorbond roof & guttering

Recently completed getting this house ready to be put on the market with full interior paint. Interior walls were patched where needed and Wallpaper was removed giving this house a fresh look and ready for sale.

Hail damaged polycarbonate roofing replacement. New laserlite 2000 Grey Tint installed onto this lean too

Polycarbonate & purlin install at Bellevue heights. The existing polycarbonate sheeting was incorrectly installed had no fall so the water was puddling. New timber purlins were installed to create fall for the new laserlite 3000 Gunmetal Grey sheeting all ready for those summer evenings

Awning and post replacement. Nice lil rebuild of one end of an rotted awning, Timber machined on site to match existing structure, One awning end rebuilt with a LOSP fascia installed, Two posts replaced on the back verendah with treated LOSP posts using existing post shoes

This job was unfinished and left by another trade. So I had to install Guttering and connect to stormwater, Dress lead on the hips and paint, Flashings installed along the wall and scribed & also a spreader installed from the main house roof

LVL Smart frame beam installed to pick up and transfer roof load, Walls plastered, ceiling Patched & flushed, Cornice & skirting installed where needed

Full bathroom demolition everything removed & bathroom floor back to dirt for the plumber, Bulkhead removed where old hot water services was, New ceiling installed with 55mm cove cornice, Demo & Ceiling work by us all other work completed by other trades

This garage brick wall had rising salt damp, all gyprock removed up to the cornice, then plaster removed the bottom half of wall only, salt damp treated ready for us to start. Demo work completed by the owner. The bottom of the wall battened out to match existing plaster, Gyprock installed then flushed and ready for painting

Recently Completed exterior painting job of these two lovely old homes. Exterior walls coated with a Dulux weather shield in a Low sheen Russian toffee, Fencing and plinths in a woodland Grey, Windows painted in a Birkshire white, Access doors in Monument All colours blending in together to enhance these already lovely homes. This was a big job and great to see the finished product. Big thanks to Paul for your hard work on this job

Old picture rail removed new picture rail machined up to match existing rail throughout the house. all ready for plastering and painting

Recently Completed timber pitched pergola. The small sunroom was removed from the back of the home then the roof extenda brackets were installed for the structure. This was previously taken down by the client and we re-configured the structure making the width smaller. New fascias and posts installed.

This hairdressing salon had an old curved gyprock wall to disguise a doorway. The curved wall was removed and installed in its place was an oiled Merbau slat timber screen with a painted matt black backing

Recently completed pitched roof in 6x6 shed with a lean too built off the side. The client recently purchased this property roof had been damaged and removed years ago by previous owners. New owners wanted timber replacement instead of c-section. New gutters, roofing & c-section purlins on the shed

Old rusty leaking gutters were removed & replaced with 125 Surfmist D-Gutter with new downpipe. Also rotting post replaced then all timber work on the verandah getting painting in colorbond surfmist

Replacement of wood rotten bird board & Crows feet replaced after many years of weathering. Also installed 2 gable vents to help with reducing heat trapped in the ceiling space to work in sync with a whirly bird

Newly built Bullnose verandah to compliment the front of this beautiful home. All LOSP fascia's and centre cut 90mm turned posts

Solar panels disconnected and removed (By a Qualified electrician) Existing deteriorated roofing sheets removed, New zincalume corrugated roofing sheets installed.

Polystyrene ceiling tiles & cornice scrapped from the existing ceiling, Old ceiling removed, New gyprock installed, flushed, 55mm cove cornice installed then painted.

New bullnose Verandah build, Old structure removed and new slate installed, All new LOSP structure put in place and roofed
