There have been many trials and tests carried out around Reik to prove or disprove if it works or now. Well have a look at these pictures of my blood taken by Nicky Gonis Holistic health in Gawler https://www.facebook.com/search/to=nicky%20gonis%20holistic%20health One before I gave a reiki session and one after the session. Now remember I'm not the patient just the practitioner. We are going to conduct this experiment again with myself and the client next time to see what changes there are. I was amazed to see the difference in my blood from before and after. You'll notice the second picture is clear of a lot bacteria and crap that'was in my blood.

This is so true.

I have always liked rough crystals, they always seem to be more natural to me. I always try to use rough stones when I'm doing my crystal healing.

Who doesn’t like it rough every now and again am I right? Oh ya rough crystals are great too! Some people feel like they have a deeper more natural connection to crystals that haven’t been polished. For others they just find the natural rough look awe inspiring. I personally just find it amazing that we live somewhere that creates such beauty like these beautiful rough amethyst pieces

Teach them young to look after themselves. She loves doing what grandad and grandma do :)
