After navigating almost 2 years of lockdown, it has been truly heart warming to host so many unique weddings, and see family and friends come together and celebrate once more. We love not only providing a unique venue to our wonderful local community, but also hosting individuals from afar, and giving people the opportunity to explore our wonderful “neck of the woods”.

We’re absolutely thrilled that Savouring Self Retreats] have chosen Longmeadow Estate to host two more health and wellness retreats in 2022.

A Savouring Self retreat is all about renewing and regenerating you. You often spend so much time focusing on your business, your jobs, families, or all of the above, that you forget you need to step away and take time for you. Savouring Self retreats are designed to make that happen.

In 2019, Jodie and Peta led their first retreat together for in Bali, called Conscious Living, where Dionne was a guest.

All three of the ladies were on personal paths to Conscious Living, following their values to make important changes to the way they were working and the way they were living. Recognising the power of combining their individual knowledge and strengths, Savouring Self retreats evolved organically into the spaces they now hold for you.

Having practiced yoga since the age of 6, Peta brings a deep knowing of the asanas - the poses - her meditations and her incredible Yoga Nidras. Combined with special breathing practices, your body, mind and soul will be thanking you for a long, long time after you’ve returned home.

Dionne brings her decades old culinary skills to Savouring Self. As the private chef, D creates healthy, flavoursome menus created with the best in season produce, designed to ensure not an ounce of locally sourced, eco-friendly ingredients go to waste. D is excited to show you how to bring a taste of her knowledge back into your homes in a two-hour immersive experience.

Jodie is the resident psychologist. She brings the wellbeing science and her love of connection, human-to-human, with nature and with the self into their trio. Her workshops are designed with your needs in mind and will change from retreat to retreat.
