Candy canes bring me so much joy! I always remember they would start off a Christmas tree decoration, then end up being stolen off the tree and eaten by my siblings and I! 😂

It’s important to look after yourself. Today was another important step in that direction for me 🌼

I remember the first time I tried to see a psychologist, she wasn’t the fit for me. We didn’t click, I didn’t feel comfortable but..

That’s okay because that is apart of the journey, you may be lucky and find the right one for you in the first session or it may take a few times at different places!

5 years later I am still seeing the same psychologist! For the past year I’ve seen her once a month. She has helped me in so many ways that it’s scary to think where I would be without seeing her!

It can be a scary process but just know it is so so worth it! I promise 🤍

Is anyone else feeling flat?

I’ve spent over a week in lockdown but I’ve had no motivation to create earrings. Which is unlike me 🥺

I’m getting a clay delivery tomorrow with new colours so I’m excited for that! But the general vibe I’m getting from people around me and on socials is that the feeling of flat and low is common!

I just want to tell you to hang in there! Try to go on a walk, talk to a friend or family, try to find something that makes you smile 🥰

Looking at this photo all I see is the last 5 months of my life 💫

The good and the bad. There have been some crazy times and some really positive changes. I think that has been the same for everyone right?

It’s been a challenging year, changing salons, putting my mental health first, working on past trauma, getting help. But there have been lots of positives too, like making new friendships and strengthening the ones I have, realising what’s more important in my life and the list goes on 🦋

I’m glad I had my creative outlet through it all! With different emotions comes different earring designs. I hope there is something there for everyone! 🤍

If there is something I want you to take from this post is that PLEASE please have something that is yours and only yours. A safe place, something that takes your mind off the craziness of this world and life. You DESERVE what is best for you and what you want! 💫🤍

There is so much to creating earrings that you don’t see 🌸

This piece took me 8 hours to mix colours, press into moulds, place them in a beautiful order!

It may sound like I am complaining but it’s the complete opposite! I get so much peace just sitting and mixing colours, thinking about the best placement, and cutting the earrings ✨

Sunday was an emotional day! 🌻

I got to see some beautiful sunflowers with my sister but on a deeper level we got to just talk!

Our lives are so busy that we can miss out on that! As we weaved through the sunflowers we connected and laughed. I even cried.

It was nice to have that with her! 🤍
