Calamvale Project Update: Tiles are almost finished, the carport has started and some special features are being installed.

Our project at Calamvale is taking shape. The Argentinian flavours are bold and beautiful.

Starting a exciting new project at Calamvale. Chris has custom designed a 2 storey home for our clients family of 6 and is currently in the Framing stage of construction.

First stage of the Landscaping is on the way. The pool went in this morning like clockwork. Thanks to our guys for their awesome work.

Things are really looking up at our project at Sunnybank. The new roof is on and the framing is underway. Watch this space for this incredible tranformation.

We haven't posted for a while, but Chris has been busy designing new dream homes for our clients.

This new project in Sunnybank, is getting a total make-over inside and out. This will be one to watch as it transforms into a beautiful modern 'forever home' for our lovely clients.

Happy to say we finished before Christmas Eve. We have a happy client and a beautiful backyard.

What a hot day. 33degrees. Felt like 40 🥴
Chris and Vic organised a tarp to be hung over our work space today. It was a life saver.

The Magnolia Teddy Bears went in today along with a beautiful Atractocarpus fitzilanii (Native Gardenia tree) and Gardenia True Loves. These will make for a sensory delight while sitting out on the deck or soaking in the spa. The shade plants are Spathiphyllum Sensations (Peace Lily) Hydrangea white variety, Agapanthus Snow Balls Dwarf and Liriope whites.

One more day to finish the gazebo and then the clean up.

Yesterday was a huge 11hr day. The guys worked so well, especially dealing with the heat. What a transformation!
What was done today:
1. The garden edging put into place
2. The plants in one of the garden beds were installed
3. Electrical conduits installed for the spa
4. Turf was laid to 90% coverage
Today will see the second garden bed completed and the turf finished off. . Just in time for the clients christmas party on their new back deck.

Our team have been busy with a design and construction project in Wishart Qld during 2021. The client brief was to renovate and extend their 20+year old home with a Hamptons inspired theme.

We have recently completed the extension to the rear of their home that included a new master bedroom, large walk-in robe, ensuite and elevated back deck. Photos of the finished interiors will be coming soon, so keep a look out.

We are currently constructing stage 1 [backyard] of the home, also inspired by the Hamptons theme. The landscape design ensured the existing Lillypilly trees were protected and retained. Their canopies were lifted to create a shady corner for some lush planting and curvilinear garden edging. The new spa Gazebo [almost finished] was installed on what was the existing shed slab. It creates a beautiful outlook from the back deck and lets you view the stars at night while your soaking in the hot spa.

Stage 2 will see the front yard completed with a rose garden, planted urns and a beautiful Tabebuia palmeri feature tree. [Pink Trumpet Tree]. Stay Tuned.

Today our guys are working in 37degree heat, prepping for the new planting beds and lawn. They have put in an awesome effort.
