I thought it might be a good idea to share with you all my own Thermomix journey. 😀

I have not always been a Thermomix Consultant, before I was a consultant I was a Thermomix customer for many years, in fact 6 years. I have only been a consultant for the past 2 years.

My mother in law was actually the person who introduced me to Thermomix. She had a very relaxed and casual cooking demomonstation at her home with her adult children. At the time I was engaged to be married and was so impressed by the Thermomix that I bought it for us as a wedding present. 💒

I remember thinking way back then that I could see myself being a Thermomix consultant, it wasn't until my second child was born and I saw a friend on facebook who had become a consultant loving it and earning some extra money 💰 that the idea of becoming a consultant became a real possibility. This time I made an inquiry, found out all the details and was very keen to get started.

Because my son was still so little at the time, I decided to wait a while longer before committing but 12 months later right when the new TM6 was released I signed up and well here we are 2 years later. 👏👏

I was always a raving Thermomix owner before I became a consultant, so it made sense to me that selling them was a good decision. And it has been a great decision, the extra income has helped support my family and I have meet the most amazing friends and people along the way. Its been the best journey!😍

Let's talk Enchiladas!!!

I have made them before but this recipe is yummo!!

It's the Chicken and spinach enchiladas recipe from Cookidoo. When I made it I left the spinach out, but do as you please, leave it in or take it out. Either way they are a yummy, healthy home cooked dinner. Add a salad or some veggies on the side and there is dinner sorted!

I had some condensed milk I needed to use up, so I did a search on Cookidoo to see what I could make with my leftovers.

Caramel macadamia slice is what I went with, it was the first time I had made this recipe and its good, its quite sweet so if you have a sweet tooth then you will love it.

It really didn't last long in our house.

I recently shared in stories my daughter's number cake I made for her birthday, but in case you missed it here is is again!!!

She was in love. 💕 Although I think she would have liked even more pink on it. 🤣

The recipe for the cake is called Chocolate Layer Cake from the recipe community by .thermo and it was absolutely delish. Everyone raved about how yummy the cake was. It will definitely be my go to cake from now on.

I really enjoyed making this cake, maybe I should attempt another one soon!!! Hmmm who's birthday is coming up? 🎂
