Travis from T Mcleod Painting & Deck Restoration got us involved with the owners of this beautiful house on the Sunshine Coast. We replaced the AC diffusers, downlights and fans. We recommend doing this when repainting a house as fresh white ceilings will highlight the discolouring of the old fittings. We also installed a chandelier and relocated the stair lights. I’m looking forward to seeing the end result once Travis works his magic on the rest of the walls and staircase.

Our amazing clients at Club Coops are constantly looking for ways to improve the look of the Club. Their roof top AC units could be seen from the road. We relocated them to a more discreet location.
Next up is their new cafe, we are excited to see how it turns out!

Andrew has mounted the new switchboard at our East Brisbane residential job. This type of custom board and CT metering is normally found on industrial sheds or your local corner shop….It’s safe to say this isn’t your standard house!

In this weather water has a way of ending up in places it shouldn’t, such as outside lights and power points. This will normally result in the safety switch protecting the circuit to trip saving your family from a potentially dangerous situation. To ensure your safety switches are working correctly it is recommended that home owners press the test function found on all safety switches once every 3 months and tested by a licensed electrician every 2 years. Customer question time! We’ve had a question come through about colour temperature of lights.
The large majority of houses we install are cool white (4000 K) or tricolour lights which allows the option to change colours, mostly customers set these to cool white. Here is a break down of light colour temperature. Any questions you may have about light colour temperature or any other lighting terms comment below and we will have one of our electricians answer.
