I've had the opportunity to return to my old stomping grounds at Brisbane Boys' College and mentor several of the bands.
It's been great to see the boys develop over the season and be rewarded for their hard work with some competition wins!

I was honoured to play at Bernie Stein's funeral in the recent weeks. It was a moving service and Bernie's legacy is lived on through his work with the PMSA and BBC.
"Hi Tom, thank you for coming out to the funeral and helping to honour my Dad the other day, you are a credit to the College and yourself.
You did a great job and it’s much appreciated."

ANZAC DAY - I was privileged to start the day off playing at a community dawn service in Tennyson. It was a great atmosphere performing for the residents of Vivian St, I'll see you again next year!
Finally I finished the day off with a lap of the city with , the rain deciding to join us the whole way.

Had a blast playing for a family reunion on Sunday night.
With an address to the haggis, dancing and whisky it was nothing short of a Burns night!

Happy Easter! Easter weekend sees hundreds of piper's and drummers gather in MacLean for the annual Highland gathering.
I spent Friday supporting drummers with their solo events, and Saturday playing with taking out the open competition!
