Very excited to showcase this stylishly designed dual occupancy within the Randwick LGA. Residing close to Sydney's popular beaches, the coastal and contemporary style incorporated into this design is befitting to the lifestyle this area provides.

CDC approved dual occupancy with basement parking. Situated on a 480m2, we present this contemporary and unique project approved with 4 bedrooms, pools and lifts. Our intention was to push the limits and maximise the full potential for this site.

Construction will commence in the new year and we are looking forward to being apart of the process.

Presenting this CDC approved dual occupancy nestled within the Maroubra area, we are very proud to showcase this stylish design. The client brief was to create a coastal and neutral facade that achieves the look of a single dwelling.

Construction will commence in the new year and we are looking forward to the end result to try and best the suburb record for resale.

Pure class and elegance in every detail. Currently submitted into Council with a proposed double storey dwelling with basement parking. This family home is situated on an intensely difficult topography but we managed to overcome this and design a home that connects the internal and external spaces.

The proposed built forms in conjunction with the subtle colour palette showcases a clever spin between classic and contemporary.

Situated within the Twin Creeks Estate, we are thrilled to showcase this beautiful alteration of this family home to create a timeless design. The proposed front arch entry is definitely a showstopper and it has been proposed to highlight the arches that continue and resonates into the foyer through the central core of the home to create an outlook of the stunning landscape area to the rear.

Introducing this recently completed duplex, showcasing the selected materials and finishes that withstand and age with the Australian climate. The charred timber cladding provides a low maintenance option as well as an ever changing look to the facade overtime.
