Today marks a time when we slow down ~ it may feel heavy, uncomfortable, & many are fatigued.

Higher frequencies ~ faith ~ miracles 💫
It is time to focus on your vibration & learn to strengthen it & raise your energy to a higher frequency. Life can sometimes be arduous, & heartbreaking. Negative thoughts create adverse emotions, which then set your mood to a lower vibration. A lower alignment will influence your choices & opportunities.

You can no longer remain at your current frequency & expect anything wonderful to happen.

Clear your energy; take a swim, bath with Epsom salts, walk in nature, burn incense or meditate. As your thoughts become quieter, imagine roses around you. Imagine them like sponges, absorbing the negativity from your day, that doesn't serve your highest good. Return the roses to the universe to be recycled. Do this each day to reset your energy.

If you are wishing for a significant change or miracle, have faith that your wishes will come to fruition, & take responsibility for your part in the attraction process, by aligning your vibration with the future you desire. Dream about the joyful experiences you wish to have. Release what is not yours. The result of this may take time. Unexpected events will begin to unfold, & you will feel your LIFE is a miracle.

People have triggered you for a reason, & you them. It is to grow & to know who you are & what you accept. Some people just "get" you. They are on your wavelength, your vibration. But don't think the ones that don't get you aren't. Those that you trigger, or those that trigger you, have brought the lessons needed in your lifetime.

Clear your mind & think on the outbursts of anger, the situations where things escalated. These are triggers. They can be totally unrelated to whatever comes up at the time. Things that are unhealed from your past, that have been pushed down because it hurts to think about them, to feel them. If you give yourself time & the space to feel them, you will heal them 💚

From now until 8th April Eclipse, and a few months after, try not to let outside influences distract or scare you. There will be many things that will test your patience, and it all comes down to how you react. Being calm through these times will bring you to victory. Be prepared to dig deep; stay strong and grounded. Walks or being around water will be of great benefit.

Things will become clearer, and eyes will be opened to a new way of being ~ centered and balanced. There will come a time when others' views will not affect you anymore.
