In July I took a leap of faith and joined as a Tupperware consultant. Then nothing. I did nothing. I mean, I travelled, listed my house for sale, sold my house, bought another house and raised two kids. But in regards to Tupperware.

This week I decided to start over. I’ve started posting on my vip group and holding parties, and I’m having lots of fun doing it.

I’m here to be real and raw. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure. I didn’t want to be that annoying person in your DMs selling water or weird products no one would have ever heard of. I didn’t want to work my arse off to get nothing in return. I was veryyyy bias.

But here I am, letting you know that you work for no more than an hour per day, get paid pretty decent money and get free Tupperware, it’s pretty good actually! 🤣 I’ll admit that I was wrong, just this once!! 🙈

Anyway. I’m just letting y’all know that’s what I’m doing currently. If anyone wants to buy some good ol’ Tupperware, you know where to find me!

Feel free to send me a message, or join my Facebook group where I post deals! If you want free things you could also hold a party! This months host rewards are pretty awesome!! (Second photo)

ALSO!! Did anyone else not realise that toy we played with as kids (last photo) was Tupperware?! Mind blown!

My favourite day is delivery day! Even more so when it’s 😏

Literally had the biggest order arrive today!!
Some of the baby range for Evie (I used these on Ollie at the same age and it was life changing.. Actually, as I type this, Evie has been asleep for almost an hour and a half without waking, that is unheard of!!)
Anywho, baby range for her! I grabbed ‘tummy be calm’ for myself as I’ve been having an upset belly lately! I also grabbed the calm inhaler to calm my anxiety, that babe missed out on photos since she’s in the car, I’ve already used it a few times today!! 👏

I also got some other goodies that I can’t show you just yet! But stay tuned because Lisa and I are up to something 👀👀

Anywho, so this is permanently in my feed - you can use the code SHARETHELOVE for 15% off at

I’m not even sponsored, I genuinely love Wimmera Wellness wholeheartedly believe in these products! 🙏

Did I mention Evie is still asleep?! I rolled baby sleep on her feet about 6.20pm, she’s been out since 6.45pm, and she never sleeps more than 30-40 minutes! 👏

With the help of too of course! A full recap of our sleep training to come after this week is up! 👏

09/06/2023

These keyrings were our gift with every purchase earlier in the week! And whilst I still have over 20 (🤯) outstanding orders who haven’t received there’s yet, those who have, are loving them!!

I’m thinking I should pop them up to purchase by their own? They’re freaking GORG!!

Would you grab one? 🤩

07/06/2023

I’ll be honest. Last night was an absolute s**t show and if you have seen my stories, you’ll know why!

I wanted this awesome launch so you guys could buy things I have created for YOU! I am so proud of these designs, so it breaks my heart that I didn’t get to make a heap of stories or a post to announce the opening!

I feel a little defeated about it all, but we move on! And well, my main idea with this whole new business venture is that I’d be giving back and gifting a lot! Especially to those subscribed to my emails!

But let’s start here! To officially celebrate the launch of this new business, I have 3 little gifts!
• I have added 2 new products to the website!!
• I have created a 20% off discount code that is valid until 11.59pm Thursday night. (teethsuck)
AND
• Every order made TONIGHT will receive a gift, to say thank you for being among my first orders! It is valued at $15 and it is a surprise! 🤫

Happy shopping! Link to my store is in my bio! Klarna is available and so is local pick up!!

06/06/2023

You know how I was launching those ultra cool products on June 7? Well for weeks now I’ve been telling myself and you guys that it was TUESDAY night.

Turns out June 7 is tomorrow night.. whoops! Anyway, I don’t have the mental capability to change my plans in my mind.. so they’re launching tonight! 🙌

8pm AEST for everyone! 7pm AEST for subscribers!

Ps. If you subscribe, you get early access AND a free gift with purchase, but you didn’t hear that from me 🤫

29/05/2023

I am huge on teaching my kids to love themselves and to believe in themselves. I plaster is everywhere. I read them books, I compliment them, I remind them daily. But I can only do so much.

I created these magnets because in my household, the fridge is the most visited appliance 🤣 Ollie gets his own drinks and own food. He visits the fridge/freezer what feels like every 5 minutes. And though he can’t read yet, he sees them and he knows what they mean. He uses them to hold up his drawings, he plays with them and he places them on other magnetic surfaces.

It doesn’t seem like much, but it is exposure and it is incredibly important!

Hot tip* just pop some blu tac on the magnets and you can use them on the play kitchen fridge too!

These magnets come in a pack of 10 (pictured). They are 4cm x 4cm and have incredibly strong magnets on them to stick to any magnetic surface! June 7, be there, they’re limited!!

Will you be grabbing some? 🙏🤩

26/05/2023

The secret it out!! These babes will be available to purchase on June 7!! 🤩

Let’s talk about ✨bed sharing✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why do we cop so much criticism when we openly speak about bed sharing?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When talking about co sleeping, there are a few things we need to remember.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Some babies seriously will not sleep unless they are touching you! (I know first hand, I have one of those babies!!)
✨ Co sleeping is safer than falling asleep sitting up with baby in your arms!!
✨ It is only an issue if it is affecting you or your sleep and/or your babies sleep!
✨ There is no such thing as a bad habit!!!
✨ There is also absolutely nothing wrong with choosing to sleep your baby in a bassinet or a cot!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Before you judge someone for choosing to co sleep, remind yourself of these points, then zip your lips shut.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My experience with bed sharing;
I co slept with Oliver from his 4 month sleep regression until he was 10 months old. It began as just bringing him in at 5am when he was waking early to get a few hours more sleep. Then it became bringing him in after his first wake, and eventually I just put him to bed in our bed. To be real honest, I loved it. I loved every moment and I think we created a really special bond. Quite often I’d wake up being cuddled, and sometimes I’d wake up with feet in my face, but I didn’t mind either way.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One thing I tell every new mum is - your baby WILL end up in bed with you. I know you will try everything in your power for that to not happen.. but chances are, they will. Whether it’s for an hour in the morning, a full night or daytime naps, they will. Embrace it!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Co sleeping is only a problem when it becomes one.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨✨✨✨✨

Birth Story - Leesa Lowe 🤍

Nora
Feb 20 2023
52cms
3.88kg
12 hour labour
5:25pm

I was due to be induced on the 23rd at 38+5 due to my high BMI.
In the early hours of the morning on the 20th, I was stirred awake around 5:30am with contractions, not really registering what they were, trying to ignore them and keep sleeping. A short time after 6 am, I got up to p*e as I wasn't getting any sleep from the cramps. I came back to the bedroom, and my husband was awake on his phone. I turned on the lamp.
Husband: what are you doing?
Me: oh I'm just taking some panadol because I think I'm having contractions.
Husband: *immediately sits upright* what??
He then calls his sister to take our 2 year old to her place. At this point it's 6:30am and her ETA is 9am (she lives a while away).
I go sit on the couch and time my contractions while my husband does his morning p**p 😆 and gets everything ready.
My contractions are going for around 40 seconds every 2 minutes. I call maternity and they tell me to come right over. Unfortunately, it's not 9 yet and my sister in law is still awhile away. Thankfully, my husband had a cousin with 2 kids of his own that could come and take our son until she got here.
We're finally ready to leave and it's pretty sad saying goodbye to our son, being just the 3 of us for the last time, our lives and family changing.
We get to the hospital and I need a wheelchair because there is no way I have any time to walk during these contractions. I'm raced up to maternity (it was pretty fun being wheeled fast through the halls by a nurse 😅).
I was really hoping for an epidural asap so I could relax a bit more with this labour. Until I find out when I can have it, I start with some gas. I end up having 2 shots of morphine, gas turned all the way up and breaking the gas mouth piece because I was biting it so hard. This birth was definitely harder and more painful than my first one. Suddenly I shot from 4cms to 8cms and the midwives tell me that getting an epidural before she's here doesn't look likely. I was determined to get that dang needle in my spine.

Birth Story - Leesa Lowe 🤍

Theodore/Theo
3.42kgs
50cm
15 hrs
Feb 4 2021
8:58pm

My water broke on my way to bed. I went to the toilet before bed and just kept on p*eing! It was about midnight and my husband was thrilled, but also pointed out the rude timing of it all haha.
Called the hospital and they told me to come on over. Away we went with our bags, feeling so strange and excited with the idea of going off to have a baby!
I got checked out and was sent back home to come in later at 6am for an induction. I didn't sleep at home because of contractions.
I waddled in to the hospital for my induction, stopping every metre or so with a contraction. It felt like the movies 😄
During labour I had a tens machine for a lot of it. When it eventually just felt like my back was vibrating and wasn't helping the pain, I took it off and tried some morphine. All it did was make my legs itchy, unfortunately.
During an extremely painful, and I would go as far as to say traumatic exam, the midwives suggested the gas. And boy was I glad they did! The gas was amazing!! I was in so much pain, that my husband cried. I tried to comfort him in between screams 😅
Fast forward a bit and I asked for an epidural. My husband was thankful for that. He told me later that he wanted me to have one much earlier 😆
The epidural was great! Highly recommended! I was able to have a little nap and relax my body a bit.
Fast forward and it was time to push. When they told me that and when I had one more push left, I can tell you, I was not ready. To be a mother and suddenly having a baby. It's one thing to be pregnant and to expect a child and do everything you can to prepare, but nothing can really prepare you for the moment everything changes.
He popped out, let out a tiny whinge and silently snuggled into my chest, the first of many snuggles. We were in awe of this beautiful babe, and still are.
We stayed in hospital an extra night because he was such a chill baby. He stayed that way, a very easy newborn. And still a pretty easy kid, despite the terrible twos stage we're currently in.

Birth Story - 🤍

Part 4.

In theatre the obstetrician asked if I would like to see if we could have an assisted vaginal birth and they tried to slightly move his head into the right position. I was given a chance to push for 20mins or so.. and the whole surgical team were cheering me on I kid you not. It was such a better supportive experience than my first emergency C-section after placenta rupture.
As there was no other option we opted for the C-section to continue and our little man was born.

Oliver Brendon Paul O’Connor born almost 24 hours after my waters broke
Brendon coming from my beautiful Uncle who took his life early last year… and Paul my Grandfather and partners Uncle.

Definitely here to say no birth or labour is the same. And no child is the same either. Which I know everyone says but I can now believe it.
We have thankfully had none of the complications or health hurdles as last time and it has been an absolute breeze. Oliver is a quiet calm baby who has fit perfectly into our family and soo loved by everyone especially his big Brother, Harry.

Part 3.

It was so beautiful having a full room.. I know a lot of people don’t want anyone there but after I was able to relax with the epidural around 9am. The room was filled with laughter and love. My twin sister and mother in law also came into the room later in the morning … I still can’t believe I had 6 support members rather than the allowed 2. Very grateful that we were able to have that.

The epidural ended up not quite working, a kink in the line (they had one job 🤣!) and so every hour or so it would not work again and my contractions would increase from 0 to 100.

The midwife in charge assured me Bub was so happy the entire time, and bought me some time saying I was increasing contractions to the dr even though I had stalled for a moment. My lovely doula and mother suggested getting some natural endorphins and syntocinon going and left for a few hours so roland and I could enjoy cuddles and kisses and talk about how excited we were to have our baby arrive. Those moments worked and my contractions kicked into gear again, and I reached 10cms.
Unfortunately bubs head was slightly turned and unable to progress further down. At that point I requested a C-section. And was so frustrated at first that it had to be that way.

Birth Story - 🤍

Part 2.

I was aiming to have a home birth given my fears over the hospital setting due to my first, but at 30 weeks I was told that my midwife wouldn’t be accredited for the birth in time. Instead I was given the option of a doula and I agreed to that.

I was showing signs of labour for weeks! And then finally at 1am I woke with my waters breaking.
Unlike my first, this labour was coming hard and fast. We called the private midwife and left about 15 minutes after my waters broke.. very different compared to being able to stay at home until I was 7cms. I felt like I was so far ahead and that the baby was going to arrive quickly.

When we got to the hospital I chose to labour for hours with the support of my team.. my mum, doula, my nan, and partner.. before being checked by the midwives. I wanted minimal interruptions from medical staff and they were mostly respectful of this decision.
After being examined they realised that Bub wasn’t quite in the right position and was posterior.. no wonder I was in pain!
The shower was great, and I felt fairly in control or at least rode the waves of contractions well.
The midwife we had on the shift was a literal Angel. With my fear of medical intervention and fear of hospitals in general she was a light in the room and I fully trusted her and her opinion as well as trusting I was supported by my team as well.

18/03/2023

Birth Story - 🤍

Part 1.

We were discussing the idea of having another Bub. The age difference between our first and second would have been around 2.5 years. So thought we won’t officially try but will just see what happens, and surprisingly I fell pregnant first try. Compared to my other pregnancies, I had no morning sickness, my breasts weren’t sore, there were no showings of a pregnancy.. other than a missed period. I wouldn’t have known that I was pregnant if I didn’t test.
It was only that I was sick with the C word and felt a little extra tired, decided to test and sure enough saw the two lines.

Around 8 weeks I knelt down to dry my son after he came out of the shower and there was a gush of blood.. I called a midwife friend and discussed my options. I remember saying “if this isn’t meant to be happening I’ll just have to go through the motions won’t I.” I kept bleeding and then in the early hours of the morning I decided to take myself up to the hospital to make sure everything was okay.

I was distraught thinking that we were loosing Bub, given we had lost our first sons twin at the same time in pregnancy.
I was checked over and had a scan and they could see some bleeding but it looked like it was starting to slow down.. bubs heart beat was strong. They told me only time would tell and to wait until the 12 week scan.

Nervous few weeks waiting. But everything ended up being fine, and honestly the rest of the pregnancy was both a breeze and ease.

Friday night birth story - Part 5 🤍
_

The after.

The next day, Wednesday afternoon, my mum came to visit and mentioned Levi was a bit yellow and said I should ask about it. The midwife told me there was nothing to worry about and it was fine. That night Levi started cluster feeding for 3 hours straight. My midwife for the night took levi to look after him so we could have a few hours proper rest. She came back in after about 2-3 hours to tell me they were going to do a blood test on him to check for jaundice because he looked a bit yellow and the skin test looked like it was jaundice. They did the blood test & it came back extremely high . She came in straight away waking me to tell me they were taking Levi to special care right then and got me a wheelchair so we could go over with him. By the time we got there Levi was already in the incubator under 3 blue lights and stayed there for 2 days. We could only feed him through the holes in the crib at the start, but then they allowed us to take him out for feeds only. By the end of the 2nd day they had taken 2 lights off and he just needed to be on the Billie bed under 1 light. This was Friday and we got moved to childrens ward together so I could stay with him.
By Friday night his levels had dropped enough to come off lights completely & we were sent home on Saturday afternoon with strict instructions to feed every 3 hours & top up with formula. It was so exhausting! By 4 weeks old we were allowed to drop the top up feeds & by 6 weeks we were allowed to change to feeding on demand.

It has been such an adjustment becoming a first time mum & learning so much. Making sure our sweet boy is happy & healthy. I would do it 100 times over for his sweet smiles and cuddles. He’s now 4 months old and such a happy chill baby. We are really so lucky.
