'...My signature espresso martini…infused the magic touch of ’s X7.1 Espresso machine, crafting the silkiest and richest drink! A toast to making our coffee-filled moments even more special.

Ingredients👇🏽
•60ml vodka
•30ml Kahlua
•30ml espresso, cooled
•1 egg white
•3 coffee beans, to garnish

Method
1. Combine vodka, Kahlua, espresso and egg white in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. Pour mixture into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with espresso beans.

Serves 1 (Omit the egg whites if you prefer; I include them for a better foam on top, but it's entirely optional)
