It is seven months since the Black Summer Fires, yet dozens of people across East Gippsland are living on their burnt out blocks without access to household water.
After a year of installing tanks we gained a lot of attention, with that attention came a lot of guidance and advice from all angles from industry professionals , supplier and emergency services. Something we are and always will be thankful for.
It became evident we needed to come up with a solution to protect properties and assets from being destroyed by fire before it has chance to take hold.
The Smart Tank Fire Defence System was born and here is in action. This is world's first ever installation at the World War 2 bunker in Mallacoota.
We will be installing these systems across Australia throughout 2021 and beyond and we will revolutionize the way that properties and assets are protected from bushfires.

If you have told me in the year 2020 I would’ve raised over $350,000, helped over 78 families to sustainable water supply, meet and talk to over a couple of hundred politicians, sign a contract with mushroom music and Sony records ........liaise with Glen Wheatley John Farnham and Shane Howard have lunch with the governor...... general invent a new system to protect fire from people‘s assets I would’ve told you tell him he’s dreaming! What a busy and eventful week it's been for all of us ! We wrapped up this whirlwind visit with a $5000 donation the the Mallacoota CFA, without their consistent help and support our Smart Tank System Fire Defence System would not of been possible 👨🚒

What is Mission Rainwater?

Following and even during the terrible bushfire season Victoria had in 2019/2020 a bunch of tradies/plumbers (who soon became mates) got together and very quickly mobilised themselves into action in the Upper Murray area and East Gippsland 👷♂️
We quickly assessed and started providing and installing new rainwater tanks, pipework and camp showers for people who had theirs destroyed by bushfire 🛠
To date we have given back the gift of running water to over 70 families and are continuing to serve these communities and want to help as many people as we can now and in the future 💧
