2000 FOLLOWERS what??😲😨☺❤ Thank You ❤ .
So, the usual chef Instafeed has degenerated/ascended? into “kitchen knife p**n” video tube. Which may not be a bad thing going on views? So, here’s a 2k follower re-cap of who I am: An Aussie chef of Pinoy and Yorkshire descent who enjoys sharpening his own knives. With a modest collection of cutters (compared to bigger knifenuts) from cooking and cutting around the world, it's a selection which is in constant rotation (happily change out the weakest player/performer) 😊 And, like any hobby, there's an imposed point of diminishing returns for the dollars. You won't see super rainbow honyaki unicorns being treated like rental cars (unfortunately/sadly?). Bargin bin blades? No one cared, pure cutters, YES PLEASE! You'll notice a variety of my favourite grinds, makers, steels and how they perform (within a MINUTE! LOL not quite possible) when I'm prepping in the kitchen. Oh, BTW, there are faster cutters, sexier collections and better butchering tutorials than this IG account to be following if that's what you are after. AND there are also some p**s poor efforts in knife vid land. Mine is just a bit of FUN with the knives I’ve begged for, borrowed and bought from makers, dealers or knife nuts I respect and admire. >Now, onto the SUPERVISED cutting…my daughter Ash (lefty!) and her knife of choice, the stainless “Le petit Chef series”. When asked what she LIKES about it: “The tall heel and cute red ring.
