Simple salads - if your goal is to lose weight try incorporating a salad as one of your meals. Eg. Thai beef salad, tuna salad or chicken salad like this photo.

Recipe: lettuce, carrot, celery, avocado, capsicum and chicken cooked in lemon garlic and a sprinkle of salt.

Dressing: lemon, oil, salt.

People always ask why I am so small, and why do I have so much energy! Well this is why☝!

Its simple! I enjoy eating healthy food! I enjoy the benefits of eating healthy! The lean feeling when I put my clothes on, the high energy of the vitamins that healthy food is packed with, the feeling of being regular every day, never feeling bloated! And yes it's all fu***ng natural! and it's not from a shake its from food!

I'm not saying don't have confectionery food like lollies and chocolate! We are humans to enjoy life but limit that if you want to achieve the best quality of life!
