Interestingly The Fool Tarot turned up on Xmas Day and here it is again. So what do we need to delve deeper into?

The message I'm getting is that if we think we have 2024 sorted out we're Fools! This is a year for real growth. Actually not getting the answers handed out on a plate - but digging deeper and empowering ourselves by doing the inner work and listening to our own inner guidance.
We all possess an innate spiritual intelligence- we just have to ask it to speak to us and be willing to hear the truth. Under the personality we present to the world is a hidden beauty an inner light wanting to shine into the world. Ma Gu Goddess of Spring is there to help us with our Shadow or our disowned parts of ourselves that want to be integrated. A clue to working with our own shadow is being a witness to who we are judging this week. For example is a loud expressive person getting on your nerves? Maybe you were told if you were loud as a child that you disturbed the peace. Your reaction to the loud person is your shadow nudging you saying that you are not allowing yourself to be expressive and take up space. So ask that disowned self how it wants to show up in the world. Then the shadow is being integrated.
Or you see a great sportsperson on tv and you can hardly watch them because you weren't given the opportunity to play sport. So how will you reconcile that part of yourself? Take up a gentler sport and let your body move again?
The Fool says be brave and start the journey of self discovery. Be the witness to how you actually are in the world and become aware of who you want to be. Ask the creator to show you signs on the path to get there.
The creator loves you and encourages you to be your best self - while accepting where you are now.
Have fun with this dear one, you are a precious jewel. As you come into wholeness you not only help yourself- you help humanity.

This is my personal journey. For me it's a healing journey. It's not for the faint hearted but it is empowering if you're ready to let go of the old thoughts that don't serve you anymore.
I arrived still coughing from a severe bout of bronchitis and CFS; here I can feel my lungs starting to heal.
I'm thawing out emotionally and spiritually working on the mind and body.

This is the beautiful waiting area at Ayruvedic Centre. Here I sit before my massage with the skilled hands of the massage therapist. The therapists here are incredibly skilled they come from a long line of generational healers. Some of them are young yet they carry thousands of years of Ayruvedic science in their hands. In their DNA.

Panchakarma for me is messy. If it's not messy it's not working. I came to it feeling frozen and fatigued now I am thawing out and the toxins are excreting from the pores. There is no escape. If you do Panchakarma as a spiritual practice you listen to the thoughts, memories and stories that arise that no longer serve you and make an effort to let them go. Write down the old beliefs, replace them with new ones and repeat the process again. Life is pain when I don't confront the parts that are affecting my health. Toxic thoughts, relationships, habits etc.
This is far from easy to turn around, it involves courage especially in facing your personal truth.
Thank goodness I have this space and this incredible support by the staff here. Slowly I peel off the layers.
