We have enjoyed the views on our Tamarama project. Stripping this this 3 story house back to masonry. Structural works to come.

Completion of a back to base office strip out at Neutral Bay Dermatology for SMLXL projects. This project was completed over 4 days with 9 employees on site.

Our team recently started on site at a large block of units in Redfern needing remedial works due too water damage, jackhammering all tiles and grinding waterproofing from 46 bathrooms and 38 balconies. This project will be completed over 3 stages with 11 employees on site for 5 weeks per stage. Flex looks forward to a continued relationship with the client Easy Trades.

A previous job Flex demolition completed. A strip out of the Republic Hotel in the CBD of Sydney for SMLXL Projects. The scope of works included the demolition and removal of:
1. Steel frame staircase
2. Plasterboard walls + ceilings
3. Structural masonry walls
4. Floor slab by concrete cutting +jackhammering
Another happy client.

We have had a lot of fun with the complete knockdown of a 480m2 warehouse in Cromer. This project was completed over 4 days. Flex demolition are proud to add that 90% of the waste materials were able to be recycled. We look forward to doing more work with the client Jetcharm Constructions in the future.
