When... Every Tuesday 5.30-7pm (make sure you arrive a bit earlier to set up your mat and settle into your practice)

What... A yoga flow that will suit both beginners and more advanced students, combining Movements - Breath - TCM Philosophies and much more...

What to bring... Comfortable clothes and a water bottle to stay hydrated (especially in the warmer months), bring your own mat and props if you have (otherwise no problem, I will have everything you need!)

Following the outward energy of Summer, it is now time to create space for the more downward energy of Autumn... replicating in our Body and our Mind, the process Nature's already started a couple of weeks ago... Maybe you have noticed the leaves falling down from the trees, or the days getting shorter, or an inner calling gently inviting you to slow down and go inwards...
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is associated with the Metal Element, which brings the focus on the Lungs and Large Intestine... both organs are associated with the actions / functions of "taking in" and "letting go"...
Follow Nature's rhythm and invite a slower pace this Autumn... Like the trees, let go of what no longer serves you and prepare for rest, so you can grow better when the time comes... Taking in just what's needed, and letting go of the old patterns that weigh us down...
