Are you curious about Mindfulness? What it is and how to practice it? Join Caitlyn for this introductory sessions.
This 90 minute session will begin with a discussion about what mindfulness is and how to start incorporating it into your every day life. The group will then be guided through several different breathing techniques, all beginner friendly, to help you become more aware of your breath and present in the here and now. Presence is a core element of Mindfulness.
The session will conclude with a lying down guided relaxation.
You will leave with a list of strategies you could try each and every day to live a more mindfulness, present and happy life.
Caitlyn is a qualified yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher and trained physiotherapist.
This event will be held at 43 Shakespeare Street from 9:30-11am on Wednesday May 29th.

Join Cait for a blissful yoga flow. This 60min class is a beautiful blend of breathwork, movement and relaxation. Treating the mind, body and spirit. Build strength and increasing flexibility, while also finding ๏ปฟspaciousness within the mind. Yoga to make you feel good.
Although we work predominantly with women, this session is open to everyone.
