Our mate Carlos runs...a lot! He is also one of the legends building awareness change the face of mens health. Besides growing an epic moustache, Carlos is running the New York City Marathon in November to raise important funds for Movember.

Movember brings awareness to important mens health issues (yep the ones we're not great at talking about) including mental health, testicular and prostate cancers.

You'll spot Carlos training every Saturday morning (8am) from now until November sporting his giant mo' at Parkrun Newcastle so consider chucking a few dollars towards a great cause.
