Australian wine and South East Asian Food. Sounds like a perfect match to me.
Like Young Guns of Wine we also went and tried the Vietnamese BBQ by Jerry Mai and her Bia Hoi team with Ocean Eight Wine on the Mornington Peninsula
Sitting on the lawn and soaking up the views we paired some amazing chicken and coleslaw and way too many corn cobs with a Ocean Eight 2016 Grande Chardonnay
Simple and tasty food with outstanding wine.
