The customer journey is the complete sum of experiences that customers go through when interacting with your business or brand. Instead of looking at just a part of a transaction or experience, the customer journey documents the whole experience of being a customer (*thanks, Google).
A good customer experience is essential for your business.
Here are a couple of easy ways to improve your customer experience:
✨A CRM sending automated emails/forms/proposals/contracts at different stages of the client journey - I love for this! Workflow automation is a win-win for both you and your clients.
✨A project management tool to help you (and your VA) keep everything streamlined and stay on top of your to-do list.
✨Client gifts - this could be a welcome gift on signing up or as simple as a coffee voucher. It's the thought that counts!
