These will be mobile security systems.
It will be getting fitted out with High Definition Security cameras and Starlink, still a Solar panel to be mounted on the unit.
1st of 7 for now, hopefully they become a popular item.

Recent job fabricating a entrance archway to a shop.
Was all cut pressed and welded out of 3mm Aluminium and then painted on site.
Very happy with how this job has come up !!!

Newly built clean room/ storage room for tack gear.
This is built into the horse stables using 50mm thick polystyrene cool room panel's.
Customer is very happy with the outcome.

Recent Fabrication of a fork liftable cage / skid to protect a 1000 litre diesel tank for a remote Truck Driver.
They were so happy they already want another one built 😁

Flashing and Roof cowl supplied and installed to cover a large pe*******on coming through the roof.
Be water tight now.
No more rain in the workshop.

Nice to get some stickers and a bit of advertising put on to the little work truck.

Cut and pressed some Stainless Steel trays for an Aviary to help out a Lovely Lady Lee who does so much to help our wildlife, community and volunteers for Chittering Wildlife Carer's.
I'm glad you and Apple are happy with them 😁

Over the last year I have been fabricating a lot of guards for machinery to make and keep this workplace safe.
Has been great for me to help out this business and all the operators and people involved.

Some Stainless Steel guards Cut , Pressed & Rolled for another local fabrication and welding business that works on Semi Truck's.

Concrete plinth made for a local bore water company.
Made out of 5mm steel and splits into two once set.
Easily bolted up.

Was asked to fabricate 2 hinged pipe clamps for a bore water company.
This will aid in safely lifting them into place as they clamp around 100mm PVC Pipe, lock in and can be properly rigged up and lifted into position.
Simple design and fit for use.

316 Stainless Steel Hopper fabricated for a client. To help feed granulated plastic into bag's for recycling and re-manufacturing of poly pipe.

The makings of a pipe die , table and saddles for a poly fabrication workshop.
Will give them the capability of bending 1200 diameter poly pipe up to 90 degrees

Install job in an underground carpark in the city to stop vehicle damage to the main sewerage system

I haven't posted for a while. Will update you all soon with some of the work been up to.
New toys and equipment to Higgs Metal.
Truck will be so handy for me with the site works I've been doing as well as transporting materials. Hopefully get it wrapped soon.
Forklift is saving my back and been very handy.
New Mig welder is an awesome machine.
Pipe notcher does a great job.
All great investments for this business.
Hopefully next year can be as successful and continue to supply some great work and fabrication.

Ali box on camper trailer powder coated and re assembled, ready for electrical to be re wired and fridge installed.

Simple access door fabricated and installed on Louise horse float, to help provide much better access than original door. Hopefully no more smashing your head.

Heavy duty Stainless Steel rail system completed, hopefully they don't break these. 6mm thick rail at 3 metres long and 10mm thick brackets to mount.

Was only going into this shop for 1 item & walked out with couple of extra. Set up now

Latest project nearly completed, will be fitted out with electric wiring and lighting.
Then stripped down and powder coated.

Installed some patio support brackets this morning that I fabricated and powder coated for his new skillion style patio that he's installing, sheeting and works to be completed by customer. Will look brilliant once completed.

New toy in the workshop to help out with any plate bashing requirements, will be getting used very soon to repair a bucket on a tractor for a local farmer.
Going to have some fun heating steel 🔥

Gates and posts fabricated for a customer including powder coating as requested

When it's been raining and still have to work, the awning come in handy to keep me dry and welding cross arms on power poles, site welding on a farm

Had my Ali Tig welding going on this weekend to help AML Risk Management, which is a company that sets up vehicle barriers and crowd control for events, they're are currently preparing for Anzac Day. Signs were damaged due to drunk idiots on New year's Eve, so I've had to repair/ modify 40 of them. Hopefully hold up better this time.👍

Higgsy been doing some on-site work today, cutting holes in sea containers. Customer modifying them for workshop set up and relocation to Kununurra.

Latest job to come in the door.
Install mountings to hook up fencing on outside of horse float as well as storage boxes to be fabricated

Customer brought a canopy in of a different ute, so I had to remount to suit new ute & as requested chopped, refitted new underneath toolboxes and press/ Tig weld new Ali guards

Modified this trailer for a customer wanting to shelve his pigeons and have chutes/ducting to get his pigeons from coop to trailer ready for racing

Simple anchor ⚓ we'll cover that needed to be fabricated for a customer as he lost his original on the water

Perks of being a fabricator and setting up a 4wd to what I need and want. Can't really fault it at all since it's first trip. Got everything I need to get away living off the grid.
