Heartworks Lomi Lomi Massage Training -
Level 1.

Become a safe, confident and compassionate therapist and learn the techniques to support others healing with a Heartworks Lomi Lomi Training.

Saturday 08 - Monday 10 April, 2023.

•Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm
•Monday 8am - 2pm

Please bring a massage table if you have one, along with two sarongs and two towels. Byo lunch. Herbal Tea + Snacks will be provided.

Please also bring a yoga mat each day as we start both mornings with a heart opening yoga practise.

Aloha Breathwork 🌬🌬

Recently I completed my Level 1 Spirit Breathwork Facilitator Training and can now facilitate private one on one Breathwork sessions. To be held in my sacred space at Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast.

My intention is to create a safe space for you to release anything that no longer serves you. Helping to move away from negative patterns, supporting you to release trauma, limiting beliefs and anything that is holding you back.

I have 3 x 5 sessions packages available at 50% off for the month of January. From February 1st my prices will increase to full price so this is a great chance to connect back to self and experience the powerful shifts that can occur through Holotropic Breathwork.

Individual sessions are also available. I do however recommend 3-5 sessions so we can really shift some things for you.

I can also custom create add on experiences, such as Massage and Yoga.

Friday 3 Feb - Sunday 5 Feb, 2023.

Begin our time together with a 2 hour immersion Friday night 3 February, from 7pm - 9pm. This will help to set and seal our intention for the training immersion and will also include Breathwork to create space for your mind, body and spirit.

I am excited to share my business with you all and hope that you may feel called to share for me please.

My offerings include - Lomi Lomi, Kahuna, Lava Shells, Hot Rocks, Couples and Pregnancy Massage as well as Trigger Point Therapy. I weave Reiki into my sessions also.

I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and offer private and group sessions upon request.

I provide Healthy Cooking for Families and Cooking Classes and am an experience Retreat Host.
