Made some chilli oil today to go with anything, really! The process? Too easy…I spent most of the time away from the thermie until it called me ♥️

Ramadhan is here again, alhamdulillah 💚 cookidoo has another great collection uploaded for us to try. I will definitely be trying out recipes from this collection this Ramadhan. It’s not too late to get your thermie, black or white…so come, let’s make the most of this blessed month!

It’s beef fajitas for the kids’ lunchbox tomorrow. Effortless this one.

What could be better than spending your saturday afternoon with good friends?? Spending it with good friends who are also avid TM6 users 💚💚💚 and check out this awesome Thermomix © carrier! It carried my Victoria Sandwich cake (all made in the thermie) safely to the destination!

Butter milk prawns and salmon yuzu balado 💖💖💖 each dish took 15 mins to prepare…salmon was air fried 💚

Hi…sis ada je ni…tengah makan chapati petang2 Isnin ni…kejap je nak buat. Makan dengan chicken in yogurt yang nak buat pun 30 min dah siap. Sedap pulak tu. 💚

Thai and Chinese themed dinner tonight. Made full use of the Varoma dish and tray!

So it’s been a while since I posted something that is an ingredient we normally would buy at the supermarket. Since I had some overripe tomatoes, I thought I’d make tomato paste. The entire process took about 2.5 hours but, 2.5 hours of the thermie stirring, reducing, etc..while I did other stuff…which I will post later! The paste is so good, no nasties, and made with lots of ♥️♥️♥️
