Hey there parents! With the end of daylight savings this weekend, it's important to help our little ones adjust to the new time. As a Mum Who Sleeps, I know firsthand how difficult this can be. That's why I wanted to share a helpful tip to make the transition smoother.
Starting on Thursday, try pushing back bedtime by 15 minutes, and continue to do so for the next few nights. By Friday, aim for a 30-minute later bedtime, and on Saturday, 45 minutes later. This gradual approach will help your child's body clock adjust to the new time, and by Sunday, they'll be on the correct new time which is 1 hour later than our current time.
Remember, a well-rested child is a happy child. So let's all prepare our little ones for the end of daylight savings and help them maintain their sleep routine. Sweet dreams! π€
