Anyone that has tried putting gloves on with wet hands can relate to this one. I feel like I'm a smooth operator, but in reality, I'm sure I look like a goose! 🦆

I don't think Mario would be the best dentist to go and see. Thankfully, Sylvia brushes twice per day with a fluoride toothpaste and flosses every night! Be like Sylvia, and have amazing teeth for the rest of your life. If you have any questions about your own smile and teeth, DM me 😁 On a side note, I made this video in Covid lockdown times when we couldn't see patients and I only just got around to finishing the editing 😅
Each time you out your aligner back in, a great way to keep the aligners engaged on your teeth is with Chewies. Use them every time you replace your aligners, for roughly 1 minute. If you can do this, your teeth will move with the aligners more successfully! DM with any teeth related questions that you might have!
It's reactions like this that make this not feel like work! If you have any dental questions, just send me a DM.
Want to keep your aligners clean? Watch the video or read the caption below ⬇️⬇️ 1) Rinse with water straight away, to stop saliva drying on the aligners 2) Brush your aligners twice a day, with a hard brush 3) Don't use toothpaste when you brush them, because it is abrasive and will make the aligner rough 4) Use denture cleaning tablets when the build-up gets bad DM me if you have any questions!

I was in Brisbane a couple of weeks ago with @drmichaelmandikos and @tonyrotondoworkandplay, where they taught us some methods of recording centric relation. This is one that I used on my patient Oliver, to make him some dentures.
I have no idea why this works, but I do it every day and it works really well for me! Feel free to share with friends to pass it on! (re uploaded because the original didn't play correctly!)
If you don't floss properly, you won't hit your target (the plaque)! If you want to learn to floss properly, check out my flossing video on my profile.
Dental practitioners wear masks all the time..have you ever wondered what our face is doing underneath?
Inspired by @theinspiredunemployed on this one! If you need to have your tooth removed, you're going to be ok 🙌 #fyp #fypage #reels #sydneyreels #sydneydentist #sydneydental #veneers #toothache #itsgoingtobeok #soretooth #inspiredunemployed
