"Ask and It Is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks offers several practical tips for applying the law of attraction effectively. Here are some of the key techniques and concepts from the book:
1. Know what you want: Clarity about your desires is the first step. Define what you want to attract into your life clearly and specifically.
2. Ask the universe: Once you're clear on what you want, make your request to the universe. This can be through visualization, writing it down, or simply expressing it verbally.
3. Focus on positive emotions: Emotions are a powerful indicator of what youβre attracting. Focus on positive feelings like joy, love, and gratitude to align your vibration with your desires.
4. Practice visualization: Regularly visualize having your desire. Picture yourself in scenarios where you have already achieved what you're asking for.
5. Use affirmations: Positive affirmations can help reinforce your goals and keep your energy focused on positive outcomes.
6. Allow it: Resistance can block what you want from manifesting. Practice letting go of doubts, fears, and negative thoughts that contradict your desires.
7. Pay attention to signs: Be open to noticing and interpreting signs from the universe. These might come as coincidences or unexpected opportunities.
8. Gratitude: Maintain an attitude of gratitude. Appreciate what you already have and what is yet to come. Gratitude elevates your vibration and attracts more positivity.
9. Meditate: Meditation can help clear your mind of noise and align your thoughts with your desires.
10. Act as if: Behave as if you have already received what you wish for. This alignment between your current actions and your future desires helps manifest them into reality.
2. Ask the universe: Once you're clear on what you want, make your request to the universe. This can be through visualisation, writing it down, or simply expressing it verbally.goals.

π I need HELP! I am looking for people who are willing to participate in a 45β60-minute interview around the topic of "Forced retirement due to chronic illnesses" π.
You may have seen from my earlier post that I'm now working on my BPsychSci (Hons) thesis with ACAP under the supervision of Dr. Marlee King and Associate Professor Christina Samios (Ph.D., SFHEA), with the support of Dr. Ellie Meissner (Psychologist, FHEA).
Unfortunately, my previous post resulted in 13 fake interview bookings due to offering a small financial reward. I was really upset by this outcome.
But I'm not giving up! I'm still looking to interview six Australian residents, aged 45β65, who have been retired for more than a year due to chronic illness.
We define chronic illness as a persistent health condition characterised by long-term impairments lasting more than a year, often requiring ongoing medical management, imposing restrictions on physical activities, or demanding adjustments to daily life (Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2022). The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (2023) specifically addresses 10 chronic condition groups, including arthritis, asthma, back pain, cancer, cardiovascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, kidney disease, osteoporosis, and mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders.
If you are someone who fits this description, I want to hear from you about your experiences. Let's work together to make a difference.
To avoid false bookings, I will not share the booking link here. Please send me a message, and I will provide more information about research.
Your support in this research is invaluable, so please share and like this post to help me find the right participants.
Thank you all for your support!
Best regards,
Evi

ππ‘ Writing Thoughts as a life-changing habit ποΈπ
Have you noticed how ideas may get muddled and overpowering within our minds? I did! However, writing our ideas down has amazing results. πβ¨
Journaling helps us focus and reflect. It clarifies our feelings, dreams, and aspirations. Writing is a wonderful instrument for self-discovery and personal progress.
Here are some benefits of journaling:
1οΈβ£ Emotional Release: Writing allows us to express our emotions freely. It's like giving our thoughts a voice, even if it's just on paper. We can vent, process, and find relief by releasing our thoughts and feelings onto the page.
2οΈβ£ Enhanced Self-Awareness: Journaling helps us become more self-aware. By regularly writing down our thoughts, we start to notice patterns, identify recurring themes, and gain insights into our own behaviours and thought processes. It's a way to better understand ourselves and our inner world.
3οΈβ£ Problem-Solving and Clarity: When we write, we often gain a fresh perspective on the challenges we face. We can analyze situations objectively, brainstorm solutions, and find clarity amidst confusion. Writing allows us to untangle our thoughts and make sense of complex situations.
4οΈβ£ Personal Growth: Journaling tracks personal improvement. We may monitor our progress, celebrate successes, and learn from failures through journaling. It's lovely to see ourselves change over time.
Write down your ideas! Write your thoughts in a notebook, paper, or app. Write to express, explore, and develop.
