New mobility Pilates class today, using Barbells cause didnβt have the mobility sticks but it worked, felt amazing after really helps connect and stabilise muscle lines so you can focus the mobility exercises πͺ definitely keeping this one in rotation
Saturday Pilates Stretch Fit, working on full body Flexibility and Mobility for better stability, injury prevention, injury recovery, strength and the simple everyday living
Finally got a photo of my Pilates class β€οΈπ full class tonight and it was a glute burner ππ₯
Working with my client on releasing tension through upper back and shoulders to improve his workouts at the gym and reduce pain. Decided to start with some cupping, he has old injuries that we have to get on top of and as seen in one photo quite a lot of toxin build up and a few moderate and server stagnated areas which are not great when trying to build strength, once we clear that we can start the re build and strengthen programs in his training
