The National Construction Code (NCC) 2022 draft is out now and proposes lifting the minimum star rating for homes from 6-stars to 7-stars.
Increasing your home's thermal performance from 6-stars to 7-stars means a reduction of up to 28% in energy needed for heating and cooling for the life of the home.

Checking in on the progress of one of our projects today. This granny flat was designed as Complying Development, and was quickly approved through a private certifier, which meant our client was able to completely avoid the DA process.
