Removed a Accent 90kW system and installed 90kW outdoor system with 3 28kW indoor units.

Crane lift, removed the old Accent 90kW had a few issues, leak on stage 2 condenser coil and stage 1 compressor was inefficient. Also it was found that the system had poor air flow. It was measured (because the only thing that did work was the indoor fan motor), it was designed to have 3800l/s but on testing only had 1180l/s.
Checked the duct size and it is capable of handling 4800l/s. Stay tuned to see what will be installed.

Client has moved to a new premises. The ducted system was installed poorly and it reduced head height in the middle of the room.
Relocated the indoor unit to the side of the space that can not be used. Will fit better ducting that is not crushed or twisted.
Getting the apprentice to do some welding. He is getter better.

A small alteration to some sheet metal ducting. Also changing of the hangers for the drains, metal straps just does not look good and causes sagging in areas.

Couple of Oil Pumps changed over. System operating on start up smoothly 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. Next clean the oil on the floor and the plant room. Shut down period got this place very dirty. Stay tuned for more

Friday, new indoor fan motor, new controller, re wife of the unit and a deep coil clean on a unit that was fitted in 1996. Quoted to change the unit but the landlord wanted to repair. @ Hyde Park
