We recently finished renovating this beautiful Queenslander. This home was flats in the 60s, and we raised and built underneath to create dual living space.
Thank you to Ace Restumping and Electrik Avenue for your continuous assistance on these jobs; another wonderful project finished.

No. 72 🔨 Honey, We Forgot The Kids.
Where does the family stay while builders use your home as a job site that doesn't break the bank? It's different for everyone.
Having renovated all our family homes, we've experienced the various challenges thrust onto families. Keeping everyone, including the children, safe and happy throughout the build is our main priority.
Family and friends are often amazing, helping out with temporary accommodation needs. It's the little details that make the biggest difference.

home renovated by Tiland Constructions over 17
years.
We dropped our client gift, drawing from
2 Little Houses to our wonderful friend. Our work
covered the major extension and some inclusions like
accessibility elements in the bathroom so our client's
mother could continue to live in the house as she
aged.
