I AM STRONG ~ Iike a mountain, still and mighty soaring high.
I stand, I pause, I take a deep breathe in. My feet connecting, grounding and anchoring into the earth with each new breath. An invisible armour gently wraps around me.

I stand anchored, safe and secure in all my magnificence, an unwavering calmness, an inner strength and knowing ~

I AM STRONG!

To be honest it was this muma that needed this today! I was flooded with emotions as I waved my now 5rh grader off for another year 😭 So grateful and happy that he has a love for school and couldn't wait to be back and connect in with all his mates and his teacher (Steiner school so the same teacher for 7 years) but at the same time sensing and feeling time passing so quickly and wanting everything just to slow and stand still just for a moment.
Who else was with me?

Take a step, pause...... we have much to discover when we take a simple moment to just pause and be present. Allowing our senses to fill us with the sounds, smells, feels and sights as we immerse ourselves in our surrounds. To breathe in the moment and just be with that which captures our attention.
Unlocking a memory of footsteps walked before or creating new moments.. Learning, it's all a beautiful unraveling of discovery.

I have been hearing the soft whispers of dreams that were past sown. I can sense the activation within of past intentions spoken. I am beginning to feel the tendrils of new growth as they gently begin to climb and curl.

I planted seeds from my heart and sent them out onto the breeze sometime ago and of late have been feeling a stiring as. I can feel the tendrils of new growth are wanting to climb and curl as the unfurling of divine timing slowing unfurling as we near 2024.

I can feel change, I can feel strength as we stand within our own power, I can feel the truth

Our 'Grow with Gratitude' mindful kit was created from a spark within my heart.
The intention was to create an activity that would weave together our connection to the earth and the magic that is within each and everyone of us. To inspire and empower our children as they plant seeds in the earth and in their hearts. Nurturing the connection to self, to our mother earth and ultimately the connection between us all.

So a space was created, a seed was planted and the journey of Seeds for Tomorrow began to grow.
Stay tuned in 2024 as I have been nurturing the vision .for.tomorrow and am just waiting patiently for the divine time for it to bloom.

Have you ever wondered why when we celebrate Easter it's filled with chocolate eggs, bunnies and chicks in the garden. 🐣🥕🐰

There is belief that the roots of Easter stem from the Pagan celebration of the spring equinox bringing with it the energies of renewal and rebirth 🌿

An equinox is a day where there is balance between daylight and darkness. The end of one season and the beginning of another.

During this time of celebration the goddess of spring dawn and fertility was invoked. This goddess was known as Eostre (Ostara, Oestera) and her sacred symbol was a hare and eggs were a symbol of new life and rebirth. Bread was also baked in honour of the goddess with a cross representing the four seasons, four quarters of the moon and wheel of life.

Regardless of our personal beliefs more than often Easter time brings joy, happiness and a lot of excitement to children and who wouldn't want to share in the elevated energy of joy 🧡
