I feel super cool wearing my group fitness instructor shirt for the first time since applying for the position with Armadale Aquatic centre. Tonight 7.15-8.15 I will be popping up there to teach a yogalates class! Come if your free!!! Great venue great space!!

Yes we love our Sunday morning sessions! Even the ducks ....check out the bird on my mat! showing us how o do the duck dive....lol.... Please do come and join this class......love to see you there!

Look at my beautiful seniors!These guys are the bom. We just have a lot of fun and look at them go!I love my Thursday classes!
