Kangaroo tartare - we bet it's unlike any tartare you have ever tried.
It's the dish Chef Minoli eats every time she gets hungry. We think she put it on the menu just so she can eat it all the time.

BANANA LEAF BARRAMUNDI - Inspired by AMBULTHIYAL - a classic sour fish dish originating from the south of Sri Lanka. Local Wild Caught Barramundi topped with our blend of goraka, black pepper, spices, and salt, cooked in a banana leaf has the essence of the ambulthiyal, with Minoli's flair. Paired with a green salsa and green sauce, this dish is Barra like you've never tried it.
ALA HODI / POTATO CURRY - a dish that highlights the natural sweetness and creaminess of potatoes elevated with light roasted spices, mustard, and coconut.

BULLHORN PEPPERS - also known as Maalu Miris.
These bright yellow peppers absorb the flavour of the spices, tomato, and coconut - it's unassuming, but truly memorable. You'll generally find Chef Minoli eating a plate of this in one go.
