Today we organised pick-up and drop off of our Vegetable Korma's to those who needed some relief from the past week. 💛

We met and talked to some incredibly resilient people who have gone through so much this week. We also chatted to some amazing neighbours & friends who reached out on behalf of those they knew had been impacted.

The Manly community is amazing, and whilst it was only a small gesture, we're so glad we were able to give back even in the slightest.

Going forward, a portion of our monthly curries will be donated to anyone who is doing it tough. Whether it's you or someone you know, please just let us know and we'll take care of it. 💛

This Sunday we're giving away our Vegetable Korma's to those who have been impacted by the recent Northern Beaches Floods.

For those who have so kindly ordered for their friends, neighbours and family we thought we'd give you a quick overview of our ready-made food service.

All Curries are made fresh on the Saturday and refrigerated overnight to allow the spices to infuse and flavours to intensify.

You can heat up as much as you want upon delivery, then either freeze or eat the rest the next day.

Enhanced flavours, less food waste & longer shelf life! 💛

However, we understand some might not have the ability to re-heat their meals right now, so please let us know and we can have them heated before pick-up/delivery!

We’re lucky enough to say our home and family is safe, but we know that’s not the case for everyone.

We have close friends, neighbours, and businesses who have been affected by the recent NB floods.

So we have decided to give away this month's batch of Vegetable Korma to the community.

It’s been way too long! But we’re back better than ever.

👉 Who we are:

Cynthia (aka Little Patti) has 20 years in the hospitality industry and is well known for her fabulous cooking within the Manly community. She has worked with chef Vicky Harris who owned and operated Northern Beaches Catering and also does her own private catering across Sydney.

Those who know her, know that she is an authentic soulful home cook who loves to spend time with her family. Her special talent is turning 3 ingredients into the most incredible meal that you could ever have possibly eaten. Her daughters will also vouch that even though their family is made up of only 3, Cynthia prepares food that could feed an army. We’re talking leftovers for daysss! 😂 (our neighbours love us though…).

Now, for the inspiration behind this whole operation. Christina, our beautiful grandmother aka Patti (grandmother). ❤ Patti is the driving force behind our family. She has taught us her precious family recipes that have been passed down from her mother and her grandmother before that.

Fusing exotic flavours from India and Malaysia, nothing can compare to Patti’s curries and cooking. Those who have been lucky enough to meet her fall for her charisma and cheeky personality. The past year has been especially challenging for Patti, but she hasn’t let it hold her back and we are so proud to be doing this together with her. Rumour has it she has written her own recipe book…
