Last week in Celebration of Mens Health Week 2023 the ARC team held a bonding catch-up at to discuss Men's Health Week. This important movement aligns perfectly with our core values and beliefs.

Men's Health Week reminds us of the significance of prioritizing men's physical and mental well-being. At ARC, we fully support this cause and integrate its principles into our daily operations.

At ARC we are committed to promoting a culture of well-being, empowering our team to take charge of their health. By providing resources, education, and support, we inspire positive lifestyle changes for personal and professional growth.
We recognize that a healthy team leads to a healthier business. We prioritise regular conversation with peers and promote mental health initiatives to support our team members' well-being.
Our team bonding catch-up served as a reminder of the strength we possess when we prioritize health and support one another. By championing men's health, we reinforce our commitment to our team's well-being and inspire positive change.

Some great images from the successful completion of our latest project! ARC extended the ductwork from the fire escape stairwell, reducing fan noise to ensure compliance. Additionally, we upgraded the mechanical switchboard and electrical controls for improved efficiency and functionality.

Our primary focus was addressing noise issues caused by the existing system, with meticulous planning and ex*****on, we designed a solution that significantly reduces noise levels and brought the building to compliance and a safer environment for it's occupants. 🙌

We extend our gratitude to our exceptional team and suppliers for their dedication and expertise. Their efforts ensured a seamless ex*****on and outstanding results. If you have similar challenges or require reliable experts, let's connect and discuss how we can assist you.

The ARC team attended Royal Randwick Racecourse over the weekend and it was a great opportunity for all of us to come together outside of work and have some fun together. It's important for us to take a break from our busy schedules and enjoy some time together as a team.

Research has shown that regular outings with co-workers can have a significant positive impact on work morale and team bonding. When we take the time to get to know each other outside of work, we build stronger connections and trust with one another. This leads to a more positive work environment, where people feel supported and valued.

Our mid-year social outing was a chance for us to unwind, relax, and have some fun together as a team. Many Thanks to the team at Australian Turf Club for having us.

Your commitment to your patients and your profession is an inspiration to us all.  Thank you for your long hours, your willingness to put yourself at risk, and your compassion and kindness. You are the front line in this fight against COVID-19 and we are grateful for all that you continue to do to keep us safe and healthy. 
Please know that your hard work and sacrifices have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. You are heroes in every sense of the word, and we are forever grateful for your service.

ARC would like to wish all of our clients, staff and friends a Happy New Year!

New year is a great time to look back at all that was achieved in 2022. Despite the challenges of Covid ARC continued to grow, our workforce grew by 35%, we expanded our services to the North Coast of NSW, we onboarded multiple major portfolio's in addition to strengthening and extending relationships with existing clients. Our Sydney office underwent expansion renovations to house our growing workforce.

None of this would be possible without the hard work put in each and everyday but the amazing team at ARC and to our extremely valued customers.
