Our beers are free from preservatives and additives, they are created with passion. Our farmhouse cider is brewed in house, small batch style using Cold Pressed Apple Juice from Western Australia's Swan Valley. Monk Extra . Monk Vintage + Monk Seasonal + Monk Specialty . Our Kitchen uses seasonal local produce key to our philosophy to compliment our Craft Beers + Ciders.

Due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic - the Monk is sadly no longer situated at 33 South Tce Fremantle.
We are currently on the search for a new location to call our home - so stay tuned and we will keep you updated . . . . 😘

Just wanted to thank everyone on behalf of The Monk Team for the great support we received today from the local community. We managed to sell over 150 cartons in 4 hrs. It was also great to meet people today, in person. We are really grateful to you all out there and lucky to live in such a supportive community. 😊😊Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU. 🙏🍻🙏🍻🙏🍻
Therefore - as we still have received messages and phone calls asking if we were selling tomorrow, we have decided to do a soft opening take away sale from the rear entrance in Essex Lane, TOMORROW from 12 to 4pm. You will be able to drive up to our basement door and pick up your quarantine fix. There will be plenty of St Clemens XPA and Foreign Export STOUT. The Blessing of the Fleet is on again this Sunday!
The annual procession leaves from St Patrick's Basilica to the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour for the Blessing. The procession is followed by a celebration on the Esplanade Reserve.
The following roads will be either closed or disrupted intermittently for the event between the hours of 2pm and 4.30pm:
Adelaide Street, High Street, Henry Street, Marine Terrace, Mews Road, Collie Street, South Terrace, Market Street

Please come down and support ALL the businesses on the cappuccino strip whilst the water pipe are renewed.
Water mains renewal work has started on Market St and South Tce in Fremantle.
New traffic flows are in place but please continue to shop local. Work on these two streets is expected to wrap up at the end of September.
