I'm so excited to say it's been a whole YEAR since I began my counselling practice! And what a wonderful year it has been. Thank you ALL so much for your support - I am truly grateful. 🙏
I thought I would take this opportunity to reflect again on my logo and the meaning behind it. I chose my logo, the sun and the moon, for many reasons. The sun represents strength and power, whereas the moon represents calmness and nurturing. It also represents what is in all of us - light and dark, strength and weakness.
Life is about finding the balance between the two, the two opposing forces existing together in harmony.
When I work with my clients, I know that even when times are dark and difficult, there is a light that shines through, there is hope. ☀️🌙 I can support you to navigate through the tough times, to find a way forward, towards the life you want.
