If you’re looking to stock up on firewood to get you through the remainder of the cold weather, or for those outdoor firepits over the Spring & Summer, feel free to drop off your trailer and we’ll fill it with nice dry pine for you.

Simply come to our premises at 44 Jamieson Way, Dandenong South and ask for one of our friendly Foreman, who will point you in the right direction.

We’ll do all the work for you, simply drop your trailer off to us and we’ll have it full and ready for collection in approximately 48 hours.

If you don’t have a trailer, feel free to come and collect from the wood boxes we leave out the front of our premises daily. 🪵🔥

On Friday we took some time out to have lunch and celebrate the month that was. A big congratulations and thank you to our August employees of the month, Rashpal and Brad! Each took home a $500 voucher. We really appreciate your efforts through the month of August.

Also, well done to our raffle winners also who took home either a $50 voucher or a slab of VB! (1 of which was also Brad, not a bad days work)

Last night AAA Advanced Trusses was awarded BEST FRAME & TRUSS MANUFACTURER at the NTHA awards. 🏆

Words cannot express how honored we are to receive this prestigious award and how proud we are of our team for their hard work and dedication. We are so lucky to be surrounded by so many great people every day at AAA and this award is testament to that. ❤️❤️❤️

With summer behind us and the winter months upon us, we thought we’d throw the diet out the window and go for some comfort food this month…
And what better comfort food than loaded hot dogs, dim dims, pizza and a few light refreshments to wash it all down with.

As always, we took this time to recognise our star performers for the month of May.
Kodi Moana & Paco Yitt Lam both took home $500 vouchers each for their continued outstanding work. Thank you fellas, we really appreciate it.

Over the past couple of weeks, we've had the pleasure of hosting some factory tours for Boutique Homes MD and Prime Projects!

A couple of great morning's touring the factories with coffee's in hand and then into the training room to go over a few design queries.

A great bunch of people who love what they do (and are bloody good at it too). It was great to spend a couple of hours out on-site and cook for the crew. 🍔🌭

WOW! What a powerful day at AAA on Tuesday.

AAA, in conjunction with the FTMA, ForestWorks, and most importantly, The Kidd Family, helped initiate the first of many presentations in the push for government funding towards a su***de prevention and wellbeing program in our industry.

Dean & Tammy Kidd shared the deeply moving story of their son Jackson, who tragically lost his life to su***de. They spoke about identifying the warning signs and the importance of strong support networks within our workplaces to help combat mental health issues and prevent su***de.

AAA are dedicated to being leaders in this field and will continue to support Dean, Tammy and the FTMA in their push to provide initiatives that drive wellbeing in our industry.

At the request of Dean & Tammy, we finished the morning with some really light-hearted stuff where we announced our Employees of The Month (Brandon & Matt), drew our free meat tray raffle (Mark) and finished it all off with a BIG Breakfast and took some time away from the tools to really get chatting and connect with one another.

A hugely emotional day that none of us will ever forget and one that we were honoured to be a part of.

Last week at the FTMA (Frame & Truss Manufacturers Association of Australia) Conference, AAA were lucky enough to be nominated for the Jackson Kidd Wellbeing Award. Unfortunately, young Jackson lost his life to su***de at just 25 years of age.

In his honour, the Jackson Kidd Wellbeing Award recognises what businesses are doing to support their staff in providing a workplace that encourages and implements connection, positive relationships and most importantly, prioritising wellbeing.

To be nominated was an absolute honour but to win the award amongst all frame & truss fabricators across Australia is most certainly one of the proudest moments in out 30+ year history.

We would like to thank the FTMA and the Kidd Family, who we were lucky enough to spend time with, for this very prestigious award.

Our staff mean everything to us here at AAA and we will always prioritise their health, happiness & wellbeing above all else, well into the future. ❤️

Today, AAA played out our Inaugural quiz show - “Right you AAAre”.

It was time to say thanks to the staff for the ongoing hard work with lunch provided and the Quiz Show facilitated by Olly and Scott for a bit of fun 👏

Tensions nearly boiled over with some competitive spirits among the mix but at the end of the day it was played in good, light hearted fun 🎶 🏉 🎥 🌍

Today we celebrated a fantastic few weeks of really solid work by our factory teams with loaded hamburgers and snags!!

We also celebrated our February Employees of The Month in Dave & Falaniko! Both had a fantastic month of work and were rewarded for their efforts with a 50” TV each!

Things are really starting to ramp up here at AAA and we’re loving every minute of it!!

It’s been a BIG couple of weeks travelling the globe visiting our interstate staff, as well as those abroad.

While visiting our staff in Mount Gambier, we were lucky enough to be invited to the opening and tour the new facility of our key supplier Timberlink, who have just opened their NeXTimber division.
NeXTimber by Timberlink manufactures Australian made Engineered Wood Products (EWP) and provides mass timber building solutions with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels and Glue Laminated Timber (GLT) members.
What an impressive operation!

Last week we hosted an onsite BBQ for ☀️

It was a great day, putting faces to names and having a general discussion on how some of our projects are going 🏠

Fantastic to have so many Sienna Homes staff in attendance, especially from their office!

It was great to be able to have the whole AAA crew meet the Orbit team when we hosted a factory tour and Q&A earlier in the week 🤝

How good is it to have our Friday Fun Days Back!!

Kicked off the morning with a HUUUGE BBQ breakfast for the factory staff & drivers where we handed out a couple of great raffle prizes.

Then it was the office teams turn in the arvo where we laid out a HUUUGE spread and enjoyed a competitive game of Finska and then onto some even more competitive cricket.

At AAA, team bonding is just as important to us as the work itself and regularly ‘downing tools’ to get together and have fun gives us all so much enjoyment. ❤️❤️

You can’t postpone an important meeting because you’ve run over your foot with a trolley, end up in hospital having surgery because you weren’t wearing proper safety boots, then reschedule that same important meeting and then turn up to the wrong office and get away with it!! 😂😂👏🏽👏🏽

CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY DAY!!

Each year on our last official workday, we love to gather around the tree, whack on the carols and share in the spoils of the generous presents our suppliers & partners gift us.

AAA FACTORY CHRISTMAS PARTY & AWARDS DAY!!

Today we downed tools, brought the food vans in, filled the eskys, cranked the tunes and enjoyed a great afternoon of celebrating and recognizing the standout performers for 2024.

A HUGE congratulations to Steve Vellin & David Cheyne who were voted FACTORY EMPLOYEES OF THE YEAR and to Ross Ware who was voted by his peers as TRUCK DRIVER OF THE YEAR. Each of these winners took home a $1000 Crown Casino voucher + a free weeks Annual Leave!

A HUGE congratulations to Lambok Sinabariba who was voted COMPANY VALUES & CULTURE PERSON OF THE YEAR. Lambok took home a 50inch TV for his efforts!
