FORAGED BERRY GIN
Blackberries picked from Mylor in the Adelaide Hills. Blueberries and strawberries sourced from local farms in the Fleurieu Peninsula. Aged in a barrel for only two months, this gin attains a new level of sophistication. The aging process seamlessly marries botanicals, berries, and the gentle influence of wood, culminating in a gin that's both elegant and distinct.
