12 years ago I embarked on a new trajectory of travel ~ from placing countries on my belt, to an exploration of my inner realms.

I cracked my Study cherry, and transitioned from a wayward couch surfer, to an inquisitive student with the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, and my Diploma of Nutritional Science 🍒 🏄‍♀️

Fast forward to today, and after many twists and turns, rebirths, epiphanies and food revelations, I now call myself not a Clinical Nutritionist but an Intuitionist.

A crisp Autumn day contradicted by bunnies and chocolate eggs, when really it’s the Season of harvest, transition, and completion 🍠
