Good morning! Just wondering if anyone has gone for a listen to This old Town and has used a steaming service other than Spotify? The song has been released under another artist by the same name in Spotify😡 which I discovered straight away. I’m not able to access all the others so if anyone used Apple Music etc I would be extremely grateful if you could see what the artist profile says. Thanks so much, hopefully the issue is fixed asap 🤔

Busy month ahead but I’m excited about getting out and about doing what I love. In between is more recording and finishing off my tutoring for the year. We are also excited to be starting a new business Maloga Meats. Hope to see you out and about!!☺️

So over the last few months I’ve been quietly working on a few tracks that I am recording with Nashville based Producer Shannon McArthur. I decided before this one was even finished that it would be my first release and finally This Old Town will be released on the 3rd of December!! So excited for you to hear what we have done! Big thanks to the very talented Shannon who turned this track into everything I envisioned. Can’t wait to get the others we are working on out in the near future. What was 'Originals at the Woolshed' is now 'The Songwriter Sessions' We are very pleased to announce new sessions planned throughout June / July. TICKETS GO ON SALE 9AM FRIDAY 27th APRIL These sessions will be held at Radcliffe's Function Centre in Echuca. The shows....

On the 1st April this amazing afternoon is being held in Echuca at Fusion Cafe as an Awareness Event to raise funds for two very important and worthy support service/foundations. I am really looking forward to joining these wonderful people and being able to provide some musical entertainment for the day.

ERH Palliative Care Community Service is an amazing service that provides care not only for those with Pancreatic Cancer but for anyone needing care and assistance in a time when all other avenues are exhausted. The support they give is truly a gift to those that are facing one of the biggest emotional journeys they may have and allows patients to spend precious time at home with loved ones. This could be any of us.

The Pancare Foundation are a leading support and research organisation for patients and loved ones who are diagnosed with an upper Gastrointestinal cancer. These cancers, pancreatic, liver, stomach, biliary and oesophageal have one of the lowest survival rates of major cancers. It is Pancares mission to improve survival and support for those diagnosed.

If you haven’t already jump over to the Stewart’s Wish page or Insta, give them a like and have a look at what they are trying to achieve and why. This is a fantastic cause and one that is trying to raise awareness and money for two essential services.

Back at Cape Horn this Sunday! I’m so keen as like so many I’ve had a lot of bookings cancelled these last two months and more into next year due to flood impact. I’m happy venues can start resuming normal business so get out and support them where you can!

Due to our current flood crisis I have like so many others lost a lot of work, with most of the gigs I had booked for Oct/Nov having been cancelled due to venues being shut. It’s hard for everyone to again suffer closures to business after the last two years we’ve been through and I honestly hope they can all get back to normal again and get back a bit of what they’ve lost.

Over the last few weeks I have been busy with a new venture alongside my sons partner creating home decor and Xmas decorations out of timber and metal. We had talked about this for a while and we are hoping we can continue to do this alongside our other work (music for me/ Equine Body Therapy for Katie).

This is one of our cute little Xmas trees we have designed. It stands at 50cm tall approx and can be personalised with a business logo, these are $50 each. I did this one to take along to the gigs I have coming up prior to Xmas. This was the cover of my favourite album growing up. Olivia Newton John Greatest Hits. I’m sure mum and dad still have it in their collection of vinyl. Before I became obsessed with watching Grease a million times I fell in love with her voice, her music and wanted to be just like her. She inspired me to sing and although it took me many years to have the confidence to actually show anyone what I’d been secretly working on for years, she was the one artist that started my love for music. What an amazing beautiful woman and what a legacy she leaves behind with everything she did. RIP Olivia🥰

Getting ready, car is packed! A few things to do before we head down to set up! It is going to be a great night, I’m super proud to get to do this alongside these fantastic muso’s and wonderful people. Couldn’t have been a better mix! Very very exciting! Our song is up on Spotify! We have called it ‘Open your eyes and See’ by The Noise People. Been a long slog to get it done but it’s finished!! When Rodney Lowe first asked me to write a song about what was going on in Australia with our water and farming crisis I had no idea we would end up with this!! After scrapping and starting and adding and changing we are finally here. Big thanks to Rodney for giving me the opportunity to write this and his brilliant skills in the studio, to Gregor Friday for his amazing musical talent taking something written on an acoustic guitar and turning it into what it is now and Savannah Ogden for singing with me and giving us her amazing vocals. Hope you all like it💕
