Classic white + green combo is always one of my favs 🤍💚

One of the traditions in our family on birthdays is that the birthday person stays in bed in the morning, and the rest of the family busily go about decorating the house with the same decorations we use every year. We set the table putting out placemats (which only come out on birthdays to make it “extra special), placing our handmade cards on the birthday persons spot and lighting a table candle. We also pick the birthday person a bunch of flowers from the flower farm. The kids now walk out themselves with their snips and set about selecting which stems they want. This year I was lucky enough to receive a few beautiful handmade bunches from the kids to decorate our table. We’ve done this every year, and now that the children are that little bit older it’s so good to see them take some ownership of setting everything up. This weekend was my birthday and I think they have done a fab job of following our tradition… especially of their flower arrangements 👏❤️

Anddd that’s a wrap for Mother’s Day 2024! What a privledge it was to be able to deliver flowers across the local area to some very loved ladies. I saw so many familiar faces, and met some new ones too. Now to fall asleep on the lounge after gorging myself on takeaway 😂😴

Room with a view today while I work. Such a crisp cold morning, but that sunshine looks glorious! (Thank goodness for a oodies and Uggs though… I’m not ashamed to say that this morning I work in comfort 🤭🩷

The smell of this blue gum is absolutely divine! If you recieve one of our bunches this weekend.. do yourself a favor and smell it.. and better yet, rub a blue gum leaf between your fingers. The smell is 👌💙

My office space for the day. Getting Mother’s Day ready… while working with a 2 year old at my heels.. wish me luck. We currently have “5 little ducks” cranking on the music box to keep her happy!
