I have a yet unreleased designer range of Silk Bazaar face masks that I will offer my gorgeous followers these masks before I put them on the website. These masks are unique not only as they are hand made by me, but as the fabric pure silk (of course😜) and best still - designer silk. From Balenciaga, Versace, Cavalli, Dsquared2 and unique Italian sourced silks these masks are unique. My design has the filter pocket for a PM2.5 filter and also a pocket for you to insert a nose piece into if you so wish. As I am still away I have only a limited number with me so once sold I will not be making more till I return home. Playsilks are live!
Our playsilks are created from 8mm 100% silk habutai, each piece being hand dyed in our studio in the beautiful Hawkesbury in outer Sydney, NSW. Every piece dyes up differently meaning each silk is unique, making it all that more special.

With an inspiring palette of playsilks, children will spend many hours exploring their limitless imaginations. Different sized silks fulfil different purposes. Toddlers love to play with these colourful playsilks with the smaller sizes being more manageable for little hands, while older children can use them endlessly for dress up and costumes, for dancing around the room, for a nap time blanket, or as a sling for a cherished baby doll. With the help of these silks, your child transforms into a butterfly, a pirate, a princess, a wizard, or fairy – whatever they wish to be. Developing our imagination is so important, and to be able to escape to other worlds aided with the magical colours of playsilks is a true gift in our times where electronic alternatives do not compare in fuelling our creativity.

Hello everyone, for those of you that don't already know me, my name is Peta owner artist of The Silk Bazaar. As you may know, my world of silk creations originated in creating silk props for the entertainment industry and also silks for child’s play. Over time I have felt that the product lines were moving further and further apart so I decided to create Indigo Silks to cater to the personal and play market.
