Winter season can make your joints and muscles quite stiff and painfull. Everybody needs to sure they do more exercise and movement. I have many ways to help you get better, such as deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, hot stone and hot herbal massage. These can all help you feel better.

The benefits of hot herbal compress, and hot stone massage, are stimulating blood circulation, reducing swelling, relieving inflammation, and relieving aches or pains.

Thai Pork Ball Soup, Glass Noodles & Wood Ear Mushrooms(Tom Jued)

A Thai soup that it isn't hot or spicy. It's a great vegetable soup and a very simple recipe.
You might know Tom Jued, as I have shared my recipes before. This is a different style of tom jued, but still tastes similar. It is very good for the health of your body.

The Recipe:
200gm pork mince
1 carrot cut circle
1 hand full of glass noodles ( soak in the water to make it soft and cut short pieces)
1 tbsp dry goji
1 hand full of wood ear mushroom's( soak in the water to make it soft and slice small pieces)
1 tbsp of coriander (cut small)
1/4 tsp of black or white pepper
2 cups of water
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of salt
2 cloves of garlic

How to cook?
• Marinate pork mince with 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and a bit of salt for 30 minutes
• Boil water until it bubbles
• Mix the glass nodles, wood ear mushrooms and the marinated pork together.
• Then make pork mince into small balls and put in the water while it is hot.
• Add remainder of salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
• Crush the garlic, coriander root and pepper together, add to the soup.
• Add carrots
• Continue boiling it until the pork balls are cooked through (about 8 to 10minutes)
• Garnish soup with coriander on top when you serve.

Thai Vegetable & Pork Ball Soup (Tom Jued)

A Thai soup that it isn't hot or spicy. It's a great vegetable soup and a very simple recipe.
It is known as "Tom Jued".
Even though Jued translates as plain taste or bland soup, this soup still tastes great!
It is very good for the health of your body.

The Recipe:
200gm pork mince
150gm egg tofu
1 carrot cut square
2 white zucchini cut square
1 hand full of shiitake mushroom's
1 tbsp of coriander (cut small)
1/4 tsp of black or white pepper
2 cups of water
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp of salt (I used pink Himalayan)
2 cloves of garlic

How to cook?
• Marinate pork mince with 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and a bit of salt for 30 minutes.
• Boil water until it bubbles.
• Make pork mince into small balls and put in the water while it is hot.
• Add remainder of salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

I have too much to do, I don't have time to do exercise. Thess words I have heard many times. Everyone is the same, we have many things to do. Me too, for today my time has gone very quickly and my body is quite tight today, but I still made it happen even if it was only 10 minutes. Make it happen like your routine. Keep your body healthy and flexible. Enjoy everything in your life as a great experience.

I was not that flexible before. My whole body was quite stiff and tight from hard work and stress with many things on. Time went very quickly, one day, week, month and suddenly one year? I tell myself, I still love to do everything that I like. I want to get that, I want to get this. After I got it, i still wanted to get new things. It was never enough. I wanted to be successful and reach my goal early, then after that I would rest. Now I have many things but I still don't have everything. What is enough?

Even when you get things you want, or not, you will still not be fullfilled. You should have a goal and try to achieve it, but remember to also be happy on the journey, not just the end.

Love yourself and give love for everyone else too. 💞

Reusi Dat Ton or Thai Yoga Exercise.
Remedy for releasing stiffness of scapula and chest

This exercise is good for someone who works on the computer or has issues around the chest and scapula. Also stretches the front of the neck and improves scapula movement.

Someone who can't sit in this position, or has issue in the knees, can sit on a chair and your hands grab the side of the chair.

While you are stretching you can inhales and exhales at the same time, put your mind around your chest and scapula. Slowly expanding you chest, slightly move your scapula close to each other. keeping you arms straight and your hands grab your feet quite tight. Move you chin upwards.

Every time I wake up I say thank you for my life because I live in an amazing place, have a great life, even during a very different time with the Covid 19 situation. I still think about keeping my good routine going. I have to move further, keep my mind and body strong. I still do exercise, yoga, kung fu, meditation, and eat good food. I love my life and my body. I will keep everything like this and make myself happy. I have today to do it and I will. Everything in life happens for a reason and will make you stronger, if you think positive. 🙏💪

I have many cases of clients consulting about
trigger points in the supraspinatus (upper back muscle) causing deep pain in the side of shoulder, forearm, and wrist

The supraspinatus works in conjunction with the deltoid to lift the arm up (abduction at the glenohumeral, i.e. shoulder joint).

The most common causes of this injury are from working at a desk, or carrying/lifting something too heavy. It usually begins with tightness, then proceeds to be painful after time.

My treatment includes remedial massage, acupressure, releasing the trigger points, stretching, hot herbal compress, and prescribed exercises.
